Research On Evaluation Of Organizational Execution For Chinese Professional Football Club

Evaluation of execution of professional football clubs is a new and immature field in the world at present. In order to construct a theoretical system in this area, this paper completely and systematically discusses the subject of Evaluation research on execution of professional football clubs under the guidance of the theory of organization executive ability, using the combination of literature review, experts interview, Delphi method, and mathematical statistics. On this basis, through empirical analysis of evaluation of the organization executive ability of Jiangsu Shuntian Football Club, this paper has verified the feasibility of evaluation theory and application of the execution of professional football clubs.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly, execution of professional football clubs refers to the implementation ability of club strategy, which formed through effectively integrating various kinds of resources such as the club brand, coaches, managers, players, competitions, intangible assets. It's also a type of integration capability which can help clubs realize their organization strategy successfully. It composed of four key elements mentality, implement, character, and process. These four elements supplement each other, and united under the organizational execution of professional football club.Secondly, evaluation of execution of professional football clubs is a process to make balanced judgment by analyzing the rationality and validity of different departments and operation flow in the club. It has two fundamental tasks:one is to evaluate the club's integration capability of organizational strategy execution, and another one is to analyze and assessing the effectiveness of club's operation.Thirdly, evaluation of execution of professional football clubs is a relatively complicated system which contains four basic interrelated factors:evaluation subject of the club's organizational execution, evaluation object, evaluation objective, and evaluation criterion. Its basic ingredients includes following four parts:strategy circuit assessing, staff assessing, organization circuit assessing, and operation assessing.Fourthly, the evaluating indicator system of executive power of professional football clubs contains 4 first-class indexes (strategy circuit, staff circuit, organization circuit, and operation circuit),16 secondary indexes (club strategy formulation, club objective decomposition, staff recruited and selection, performance of chief coach, etc.), and 54 tertiary indexes (the rationality of club strategy formulation, coping capacity in connection with policies, validity of measures for supervision and inspection, etc.).Fifthly, in the evaluating indicator system of executive power of professional football clubs, staff circuit has the greatest weighting coefficient among the four first-class indexes which achieves 0.2638; strategy circuit comes second, occupying 0.2575, which followed organization circuit,0.2502; the last one is operation circuit which has a weighting coefficient of 0.2286.Sixthly, a study of the executive power of Jiangsu Shuntian football club by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation demonstrate that this club attain the level of "very good" in the general evaluation, the degree of being "very good" has reached 0.5561. These four first-class indexed are also rank with "very good", their degree of being 'very good" are 0.4138,0.49,0.7338,0.4057 respectively.
