Since the reform and opening up, with the advent of economic globalization and information society, there is a worldwide trend towards education globalization and internationalization in current educational development. International service trade in education has increasingly attracted worldwide attention. In particular, after the World Trade Organization in 1995 adopted the "General Agreement on Trade in Services" (GATS), education, as a service product included in service trade, has become an important component of international service trade.A specific commitment made by China entering into WTO made our education integrated into the world educational system. On the one hand, under the framework of WTO/GATS, China's international service trade in education has made great progress. On the other hand, the impact made by WTO/GATS on china's education and international service trade in education has been apparent increasingly. In this case, based on the framework of WTO/GATS, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the international service trade in education. Developed countries innovate competitively innovate the mode and channel of international education service to ensure their monopoly in international education service. With China's economic development and constant growth of comprehensive national strength, our national education service in higher education has also made great progress, the number of students from overseas continuously increasing each year, based on which, it is more important to research on the innovation of models and channels of international education service.By virtue of the comparative advantage of China's education and strong support of government, actively promote the export of service trade in education. With developing countries as the target market, reinforcing the promotion of Chinese education in the world, cultivating the market of minority languages and strengthening international cooperation in running schools, fostering the international competitiveness of vocational education group-all these make enterprise and school achieve "win-win", thus gradually enabling China convert into an importing country in international trade.Firstly, this thesis will give an overview of international service trade, the current research status quo at home and abroad, and the new developing trend in international service trade. The models and channels of international education service will be analyzed on the basis of such theories as the theory of higher education internationalization, the marketing theory, the theory of higher education industrialization, the theory of regional higher education, the theory of international education service model in order to explore the dynamic mechanism to develop international service trade in China. Secondly, this thesis will introduce the international service trade in developed countries and analyze China's international service trade with SWTO as well as put forward some suggestions for its further development. Thirdly, it will make a SWTO analysis on the international service trade in China and put forward some suggestions. Finally, it will do a more in-depth research on the models and channels of international education services, highlighting the unique features of international education, which will provide the practical and theoretical guidance for the cultivation of international entrepreneurial talent.This thesis consisted of eight chapters apart from introduction and conclusion.Introduction gives an overview of the current research status quo of higher education internationalization and international service of higher education in China, of researching ideas, methods, content and innovative points.Chapter One introduces some related theories on international education service, including the theory of market-oriented higher education, the theory of regional higher education, the theory of educational innovation and the theory of higher education theory.Chapter Two is about the definition of higher education internationalization. It discusses the evolution and the essential features of higher education internationalization, and also explores its connotation, properties and developing trend.Chapter Three analyzes the developing motivation of higher education internationalization from the perspectives of politics, economics, education and cult urology.Chapter Four discusses the developing approaches of the service of higher education internationalization in China through the analysis of its influence on China.Chapter Five points out the history and challenges of the serve of higher education internationalization in China. With the establishment of the concept of higher education internationalization, promote the reform of higher education in China; optimize the resources of higher education, thus developing the market for international education services.The last part is the conclusion. From the above study, the conclusion and shortcomings are concluded for further research.
