Ideological And Political Education From The Perspective Of College Students' Growth Path

College students'healthy growth is not only the main objective of ideological and political education, but also an indispensable component in constructing a harmonious socialistic society. In present era, the internal environment and external environment of college students'growth have undergone tremendous changes. As the object of ideological and political education, college students show group characteristics of extensiveness, hierarchy, plasticity and subject. The growth of college students has very special features in the growing demands of both individuals and groups, and in physical changes and psychological developments. In every growth stage from high school to college, and that from college to the community, college students are experiencing similar psychological feelings and growing pressure to show common features with the growth path, which is the realistic basis of strengthening the research in growth path of college students. In different age background, the growth of college students has also shown particular and new features of development, making the ideological and political education has become a "regular meeting regular new" topic as well.Marx's theory of people's all-round development and his viewpoint of "realistic individual" reflect the Marxist concept of man's ultimate concern, and is the theoretical basis of ideological and political education. Presently, ideological and political education lack investigation into students'growth demands of "realistic individual" and into different stages of adaptation and different groups of college students. Meanwhile, it lacks profound inspection in students'psychological changes in the transition stages from high school to college, and that from college to society, so that college students'health growth is unable to obtain timely and effective guidance and the effectiveness of college students'ideological and political education is not that strong. Therefore, the implementation of scientific concept of development, the "people-oriented" principle, starting from "realistic individual" with the direction of meeting college students'needs in growth and the aim at promoting their comprehensive development and healthy growth, taking into consideration the rule of college students'psychological development, strengthening the research in growth path of college students, the effective implementation of the ideological and political education, timely guiding students to adapt to the changes in different stages of internal and external environment and promoting their comprehensive development and healthy growth become more meaningful in the process of developing ideological and political education, deepening the study object of ideological and political education and building a socialist harmonious society.On the basis of the previous consideration, this research paper, from different perspective, analyzes the growth features of college students as well as factors that influence their growth. Considering the inherent demand for promoting college students' growth, the paper also discusses factors to be emphasized in ideological and political education. The current situation of ideological and political education to college students is analyzed from different perspectives as well. Finally, the research goes into college students'subjectivity, teaching team development, cultivation of cultural environment and specific measures to be taken.Firstly, features and path of college students'growth are analyzed. The article summarizes the general features of college students'growth from the perspectives of the content of growth, the content of growth process and the influencing factors of that process; it also summarizes the basic features of college students'growth from the analysis of college students'age and physiological characteristics, thought and emotion, psychological development and self-awareness development, political and moral characteristics, and characteristics in groups and levels; by induction, it concludes that "both the mental and physical development, internal and external interaction, mutual promoting of subjectivity and domination" is the general law of college students'growth.Secondly, the requirements of ideological and political education for college students'healthy growth are discussed. Marx's theory of people's comprehensive development is the theoretical basis. The requirements are reflected by the unity of purpose, the compliance of law, the uniformity of content and the identity of systematic education thoughts. The purpose unity of ideological and political education and college students'healthy growth is reflected in:a comprehensive development is the fundamental goal of college students'healthy growth, and ideological and political education is the fundamental guarantee for people's comprehensive development; the compliance of ideological and political education law and the law of mental activity requires: ideological and political education activities to meet the psychological law, and ideological and political education should strengthen the correct guidance of human psychology; the uniformity of ideological and political education content and the features of college students'growth requires:to carry out complementary ideological and political education in continuous education and adaptive training; the identity in the construction of ideological and political education environment and the systematic education thoughts requires:the articulation of high school education and college education, the coordination of family education and school education, and the synchronization of school education and social education.Thirdly, it analyzes the practical investigation in college students'healthy education. At first, it analyzes the factors affecting the growth of college students. Then, it examines the achievements of the main channels of the ideological and political education in our country.
