Female College Students "Growth" Problem Research

Based on the problems of Ideological and political education of colleges and universitiesas a theoretical concern, making use of the female college students "growth" as the theoreticalstarting and how to promote college students grow and mature as the research target,comprehensively discussed the unique problems in male students than female college studentsgrowth and the problems of female university students in multiple perspectives, On this basis,try to put forward the ideological and political education in the role of promoting femalecollege students "growth".This paper is divided into three parts. The first part, carried on the summary of theory ofthe intension and extension of the female college students "growth", from the Marxphilosophy, pedagogy, psychology, sociology and other subjects from the perspective, seekfor the theoretical basis,. The second part, elaborated the female college student in the growthprocess in a physiological, psychological, social adaptation, employment growth problems,and analyzes the reasons. The third part, making clear the ideological and political educationin female college students in the process of growing responsibility, discussed in detail of theideological and political education of play in helping female students’ healthy growthprocesses and the implementation path.
