This thesis is to discuss systematic bank crisis mainly from the angle of sociology.The construction of bank causes bank crisis because its function of changing savings into investment determines frangibility of bank. The strike and infection on politics, economy and society from bank crisis will increase with the development of banking and its status in society and economy.In China, as a transferring country, the entire finance system started from the transform of big unified bank system. Till now, bank is on leading status of finance all the same. The four state-owned commercial banks hold the balance of our country's development in economy and society, control thenational economy' life line and the safety of economy. In shunting process of our country, because the four banks invest improving savings to state-owned enterprises, so much bad capital come into being. Some famous international frameworks and specialists forecasted that China would break out serious finance crisis after the Southeast Asia crisis for there was so much simi 1 i tude between the Southeast Asia countries and our country. But the truth is that China had withstander the crisis successfully. How China could do it? There were many elements different from the countries where crisis broke out. What are the elements? The answer is what this thesis will show you. Bank form a trust chain which take bank as its center, and this chain formed by two segments, one is depositor and bank, the other is bank and borrower. It is just because deposit is bigger than loan; the crisis hadn't broken out in China. The root reason relies on the society system which decides these changes.This thesis includes introduction and seven segments.
