Along with the deepening constantly of social transformation,China's economy has developed rapidly,the labor market has become more open,and employment choices have become more and more liberalized.However,this does not mean that job hunting has become simpler.On the contrary,it is more complicated than before,because in the modern society which dominated by "strangers",the trust model of traditional society has been impacted,but the new trust model has not been built yet.Under the circumstances,a lot of crisis of trust exposed in many fields,which lead making the research on the construction of "trust relationships" become particularly important.This paper aims to analyze the employment problem in the nowadays society from the perspective of trust relationship,and focuses on the construction of trust relationship between the two sides in social recruitment.The study's setting is based on J Company,where was the author interned.In this paper,from the perspective of the job applicant,the entire process is divided into two stages:the preparation process and the actual job-hunting process.With the help of theoretical framework about "structure-function",and collected data through participant observation and case interview.Then analyze the key factors affecting trust construction in two different stages,and summarize the difference of trust relationship models through the characteristics of each factor,so as to explore the formation mechanism of trust relationship construction in the entire job-hunting process.After research,the author hold the opinion that cognition,institution,identity,rationality,and interpersonal relationships are the five main aspects that affect the construction of the trust relationship between the applicant and the company.They affect the construction of the trust relationship at different stages to varying degrees.Under the influence of different factors,individuals' job-hunting processes often contain multiple trust models,which are mixed with both modern trust structure and the original trust structure.During the preparation stage,job seekers made trust choices in recruiting companies unilaterally in terms of cognition and systems with the help of relevant information provided by relevant social navigation,meanwhile,the company prepared for the relevant work ahead which about enhance trust.The cognitive trust model and institutional trust model were thus established;In the process of job application,through a series of interactions between job seeker and recruitment company,one-way trust choices have been transformed into two-way trust relationships,in this time,a rational trust model and an identity-based trust model have been constructed.However,interpersonal relationships plays a special bridge function in both stages,and according the usage degree of interpersonal relationships,there have two different trust structure forms:an original trust structure based on an acquaintance society and a modern trust structure dominated by strangers.Generally speaking,these five different factors affecting trust are not so much a progressive relationship,they are more like interspersed with each other,which contains both emotional components and rational considerations.Under their common positive effects,the trust relationship between job seekers and companies can be successfully constructed at last.
