This dissertation first employed logic . taxology and theory of P.E. to described to a development process of motor skill, and to theory expatiated upon the conception, category . hypostases and characteristic of motor skill. Bases on it, the paper put forward to a new conception domain, category standard and hypostases characteristic of motor skill, meanwhile designed to an instruction model of motor skill. Second, it was used the questionnaire & statistics to a survey of the physical education and health curriculum of middle school and elementary school in Tianjin municipality. According to it, the dissertation put forward an analysis path and the model to teachers who work at P.E. area want to know how to filter and open out and use teaching content of motor skill in new P.E. and health curriculum in china. Third, this paper adopted an experimentation and statistics method with student which how to learn motor skill of soccer and volleyball in the middle school and the elementary school. The results showed that four hypothesis of instruction methods were rationality and validity. Such as B_I type was named 'integrity to disassembly to integrity' help student to acquire motor skill, but B_II type was called 'integrity to integrity' and A_I type was called 'disassembly to integrity' and A_II type was called 'disassembly to disassembly to integrity' put off do it only. Bases on it, this article has been provided new path to design instruction method or instruction method combination. That was reasons why BI type not only could enhance instruction effect of student acquisition motor skill but also should train tactics consciousness of student. So the arctic also suggested adopt BI type instruction method upon ball event-group in P.E. and health curriculum of middle school and elementary.This doctoral dissertation focused on the questions about motor skill and physical education instruction area that was an analysis of theory and positive with motor skill formative process in the students of middle school and elementary school. On theory, the dissertation was provided new field and orientation to the P.E. pedagogy and the motor learning & control. At the same time, it was provided teaching guidance to P.E. teachers who they would have been finished the process of instruction on practice.
