What is the relationship between individuals of social organizations and systems? How is the order generated? These had been the main issues the sociology of organization concerned in a long time. Sociologists have put forward two explanation modes which are of extremely extension of organizational order in the early of the development of organization theory. One is the rational system theory, such as rational decision-making and the thought of scientific management. The other is the natural system theory which emphasize on micro structure of actions. In the late of 20th century, organization research has developed institutional school whose stress is "structural strain" and the correlated school whose connotation is economic theory, such as the theory of exchange-cost of Williamson, thus formed the new extension. All these schools are trying to answer "what is the order that maintains the operation of organizations? " and "what is the inherent mechanism of the forming of the order?" , although they have their own research field and different logical preconditions.Theory of contingence, theory of networks, rational choice institutionalism which developed in the late of 20th century in the field of organization research have tried to break out the deficiency of those theories mentioned above, and want to find a more effective way of questioning. In other words, they no longer continue to provide theory explanation of "what is the tie that maintains order" but pay more attention to explore "how is the order formed in a complex world?" in methodological meaning.From "what is the tie that maintains the order?" to 'how is the order formed?", the changing way of questioning implies the researchers recognition of the construction mechanism of order in complex organization has been deepened increasingly. Meanwhile it also indicates related research found that the factors influences the generation of organizational order are not come from a single system, but come from various aspects, such as macro structure, individual interaction, human...
