It is an eternal topic that education needs wisdom. What is wisdom of teaching? As the mainbody of teaching, how does the teacher have wisdom? Nobody had explored the question systematically.Philosophy is the theory that we explored the wisdom of teacher. Philosophy is "Loving wisdom", and seeking wisdom. Since the Western Philosophy had been three patterns of metaphysics, from object consciousness of ontology to ego consciousness of subject theory to existent consciousness of "Dasein" theory, The loving of "loving wisdom" becomes plentiful and concrete. In order to discern concrete person, Husserl poses the concept of "Life world", Heidegger poses the "Dasein". On the basis of the philosophy theory, the author puts forward the concept of "teaching's life" integrated with consciousness of object ego and "being". We return the life from the abstract to the concrete.Wisdom may not be given a logical definition, because it is a state of being, and the Chinese philosophy has had the tradition that Heavenly Way dose not speak, but we must have the logical reason to exam the wisdom of teachers. Based on all comprehension to the wisdom, the author puts forward the idea for understanding the wisdom of teacher's life.
