The position and function of the teacher in education decides the time to pay attention to the growth and development of the teacher.Along with the deepening of life education, the life feature of education has been recognized.Therefore, Education has demonstrated the student’s life extremely. Students’ lives are highlighted in the practice of education, while teachers’ life are ignored in some degree. By the influence of traditional education, the society pays more attention to the teachers’ devotion and sacrifice, exaggerating the teachers’ function and function in the society, and the expectation of teachers’ high expectation. The first part is the introduction, which mainly is the problem,the research summary, the purpose and the significance of this research, the main method of the research.The second part is the explanation of the teacher’s life theory. It carries on the theoretical explanation to the teacher’s life mainly from the basic concept definition, the theory foundation and so on. The third part to the fifth part is the main part of this study, in view of the present situation of the teachers lack of life care the paper expounds and analyzes the reasons from three aspects: social system, education system and teachers themselves, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The concern of the teacher’s life is a huge project, which needs the effort of the society, the education and the teacher themselves. The society should have the reasonable expectation to the teacher, the school management department should formulate the management pattern which reflects the life care, the teachershould awaken the consciousness of the life. Only through the concerted efforts of the three, the teacher’s life can be the poetic habitat in the warm caring.
