According to the textual research, the ancient Chinese's understanding of peace is different from the West. The peace advocated by the ancient Chinese is stable, closed and authoritarian, while the way of the ancient Greece is characterized by justice, open and democracy. To Olympics, the pursuit of peace is the awakening of human self-awareness, it awakened human sleeping goodwill.To avoid war and revere the jinn, the ancient Greeks created a rule, which is promoting regional"peace"through fair competition, namely, the Olympic"sacred truce"system. This is the ancient Greeks outstanding contributions to human civilization as well as the foundation for them to abandon the law of the jungle and establish public order for human, it is an innovation of sports system and political system. The creation of Olympic"sacred truce"system is closely linked to the democratic, just and fair political environment of the ancient Greece. Currently, domestic or foreign scholars studying the Olympic Games are keen to discuss the issues such as how to enhance athletic performance and economic benefits, only a few scholars are in the field of micro-political Olympics.
