Research On Moral Education In University In The Perspective Of Culture

This dissertation is named "Research on Moral Education in University in the Field of Culture". It wants to put forward a way of solving the cultural problems in current moral education, through cultural recognizing and comprehending. Thus, the theoretic support and main line is culture.This dissertation uses the way of coming out and returning to the cultural reality. First, according to the cultural "product" of the moral education, it reveals the main problems existing in undergraduate's morality, through the way of combining individual with whole. On one hand, it collects plenty of investigations, and according to the result, it indicates a lot of problems the undergraduates have; on the other hand, it reflects a lot of defeats through concrete cases. It is the conflict of the undergraduate's culture mentality that leads to these problems.The undergraduate's moral quality is the working guide of the moral education in university, so it is unavoidable to recognize it. In chapter two, this dissertation fully describes the evolution of moral education after the founding of our People's Republic. On the base of this, we know it is a kind of culture instillation enforced on moral education. And because of culture instillation, the cultural connotation of moral education is greatly taken out, thus it only has cultural surface. The reason is moral education becomes cultural tools and cultural capital.After we find the reason, a way to solve the problem is to endow moral education with cultural chief position. First it needs to be affirmed in theory, that is, moral education has its internal cultural nature. In chapter three, this dissertation discusses three reasons of moral education as a kind of culture.
