Research On Moral Education Value And Guiding Mechanism Of College Students' Voluntary Service Culture

The reports of the 19 th National Party Congress proposed to “strengthen the construction of ideology and morality”and“perfect the mechanism of voluntary services”,and the National Collegiate Ideological and Political Work Conference laid stress on “ more emphasis on the cultivation of talent with culture” and “the extensive operation of various social practice”.Voluntary services activate social resources,integrates the energy of public welfare,coordinates interpersonal relationship,innovates social administration,entails profound cultural connotation and powerful cultural demonstration strength,brings the moral education of higher education back to society,assumes social responsibilities,realizes the unification of collegiate self-value and social value,and creates the new path and vehicle of the ideological and political education of higher learning.The practice process of collegiate voluntary services is the shift process from the morality self-awareness to cultural self-conscious behaviour of voluntary services,and forms the talent cultivation pattern in accordance with higher learning talent cultivation rule and collegiate development requirement.The collegiate voluntary services study should set foot on the macro vision of Chinese specific voluntary services cause,follow the basic rule of youth voluntary services development,clarify the realistic situation of collegiate voluntary services groups,adequately play the role of morality guidance,morality inspiration and morality integration of voluntary services culture,etc,positively respond to the growth and development appeal of college students,and lay solid foundation for strengthening and improving the higher learning morality education work.With the further promotion of Chinese higher learning voluntary services,to resolve the existing problems in the development of present collegiate voluntary services,on the one hand,we need to reorganize the development trace of the higher learning voluntary services,and illustrate the mechanism and system factors which influence the present effects of collegiate voluntary services;on the other hand,we need to find out the in-depth morality value factors from the perspective of cultural self-awareness,and explore the theory and practical basis of voluntary services guidance concept,guidance content and guidance manner.In the new circumstances,the guidance of Chinese collegiate voluntary services should follow the objective rule of morality and culture development,grasp such characteristics of voluntary services as altruistic,autonomy,service,commonality,etc,take into consideration thetalent cultivation reform of higher learning as well as social administration innovation in the new time,continuously perfect the publicity mechanism of voluntary services notion,promote the morality cognition of voluntary services,foster the practical training platform of voluntary services,inspire the morality self-awareness of voluntary services,optimize the organization model of voluntary action,lead the cultural identification of voluntary services,enrich the value system of voluntary spirit,strengthen the cultural self-awareness of voluntary services,and help to provide new vitality and energy for the modernized construction of social morals,promotion of national administration system and administration capability of civilization,harmony,uprightness and meliorism.
