It should be the core aim of the curriculums of the educational organizations of all kinds and levels to promote people's lifelong sustainable development, which focuses on the subjectivity wisdom. The subjective wisdom refers to the inclination and ability that the individual can hold the direction of a sustainable development shared with the environment, which concretely includes the inclination and ability to promote the health development not only in the intercourses of he and himself but also in the interaction of one's self and others and the environment so that they can coexist harmoniously and develop together in a long term.During the development of the subjectivity, as a unique one in the world, the difference of the individual is absolute while the individuality is relative, which has a special demand to the interaction between the individual and the environment in the process of development, that is, the subjective wisdom. If the need can be meted, the development of the individual's subjectivity would be possible.But under the present particular historical ecological situation, the kindergarten curriculum hasn't paid enough attention and respect to children's uniqueness and differences, the direct ecological reason of which might be that in the process of curriculum decision, teachers' uniqueness and differences are not given enough attention and respect. While the indirect factor that leads to the phenomena is that in our social life, each individual's uniqueness and differences in personality and culture are not respected enough, under which circumstance, the individual's subjectivity can not gain the possibility to be brought up.The personality education has a long history. Different scholars elaborate the issue from different points of view based on their different research backgrounds, among which there are many reasonable ideas. But the researcher tries to annotate the personality in the light of the aspects of difference and subjectivity, to discuss the feasible approach to bring up children's subjective wisdom. The researcher advocate that difference is the base of the personality and the subjectivity is the core of the personality while the self consciousness is the key to the personality. The Personalized Curriculum takes the subjectivity wisdom as the starting point, and the development of the subjective wisdom as the final purpose. The researcher emphasizes that whether teachers' personal differences can be respected or not may directly influence whether children's differences can be respected. The development of both teachers' and children's subjectivity wisdom must be predicated on the attention and respect to the difference of teachers and the children.It is the second topic discussed in the essay that teachers' and children's development takes place in a series of curriculum events. Different individuals will be sure to have different inner-experience when facing a same event.
