Among the influencing factors in college education, college curriculum is the most material factor and also the medium and bridge of teaching and study. Without curriculum, teachers and students will be at loose ends. Without curriculum, there will be no teaching. It is by curriculum that college cultivates talent of different levels and classes. Thus, curriculum is the blueprint by which college cultivate talents for the future.Therefore, how to alter the curriculum is of the most importance to meet the need of the development of the epoch and adapt to the mode of two principal parts of teacher and student. In the final analysis, college education is to cultivate talent. And the cultivating conception is no longer as single as "A spring silkworm may not stop spinning silk until death. A candle's tears dry only when it is burned down to ashes.", but to realize developing together on the basis of fully exerting the two subjects of teacher and student, and in participate in the curriculum, college leader should form an opening conception to break the traditional authority and bondage by the interaction of teacher and students.To truly involve teachers and students in curriculum, college leaders should first build up the new curriculum conception as the modern curriculum conception provided by the writer, which roughly sketch the blueprint of a new curriculum conception. It digs the space for college teacher and students to exert their subjectivity on a primary understanding of college curriculum blend the curriculum conception of constructivism with the American postmodernism to grasp their logical interior relation and commonness. Through the narration of what curriculum knowledge is involved, analyze the differences between the traditional and modern curriculum conception and the subjectivity of college teacher and student included in modern curriculum conception.
