Paying attention to humanity'health is the international society's common subject in the 21st century. The union of the sports and health is the world's educational reform tendency. How the sports can meet the need of the world's educational reform ,how to realize the transmit ion from the traditional customs that only pursue students'physical development and sports skills to sports teaching that students can realize their personalized development under the guiding of sports healthy idea. This is the theme that this paper explores. Realizing the transmit ion from exam-oriented education to the quality education is the most profound transformation since the founding of our new nation and important strategic action of personnel training in the 21st century. The personalized education is the education that refers to respect students'dominant position to excavate students'individual potential and promote students'personalized development. School sports as important component in educational field implement the personalized education by cultivating each students'ability in the superior sports item, build loose teaching environment in the classroom, and establish open classroom teaching system. Insisting that"the health first"is guiding principle ,stimulating and cultivating students'movement interest, caring about students'individual difference, attaching importance to students'personalized development are the basic idea of new curriculum–Sports and health . Advocating developing students'individuality and making it improve gradually are the important aspects in improving the quality of sports teaching.This paper discusses through in the classroom teaching, teachers stimulate students'interest consciously, cultivate students'ability, meet students'individual difference and different needs, and consult foreign advanced sports teaching system to achieve the goal of developing students'individuality. Implementing quality education is the important content in our country's educational reform. It advocates attaching importance to students'health at the stage of the elementary education, instead of only emphasizing students'marks and ignoring students'all- round and healthy development both physically and mentally in the exam-oriented education in the past. The curriculum idea that takes students'development as the center is based on the construction principle theory. It reflects the concern with the new generation of young people, and displays humanist completely. It will exert a profound influence on promoting the reform of sports curriculum and improving the quality of sports teaching.Implementing the sports teaching manner by the union of sports and health is advantageous in keeping pace with times and meeting the needs of establishing new ideas that conforms to the development tendency of nowadays society. Healthy demand of society to people is high and higher. Meanwhile, the people have also had the deep transformation to the healthy understanding. Physiology----Psychology----Society three dimensional healthy views and the idea of lifelong sports are widely accepted by people. We try to make students form good habits,carry out scientific, reasonable and moderate sports, improve immunity , bring autonomy in their sports life into full play ,and raise the personalized development.
