Creativity-oriented education is one of the hot topics on contemporary educational theories and practices to which many people pay close attention to. To enhance the subjectivity and promote the creativity have become the foundational demands of our time. The environment of creativity-oriented education refers to the environmental factors that affect the display or development of creativity. The research on the environment of creativity-oriented education is the important organic part of the entire creativity-oriented education research. Thoroughly analyzing the environmental factors that affect creativity-oriented education, and revealing the environmental mechanism that affects creativity not only can enrich the theories of creativity-oriented education, but also can guide the practice better.The unidirectional research of scientific psychology narrows the creativity as " manpower" which is acted on the external world by man. It has overlooked the basic fact that creativity is a kind of " human nature ", which actually materializes the creativity. Therefore, we must expand the way of creativity research, dialectically absorb the relative research achievements about creativity in scientific psychology, and grasp the groundwork of creativity from the nature of human being. The essence of human being is capable of carrying out the creative social practice, and promoting our own essence and the power of essence. The basic purpose of creativity-oriented education is to fully realize the essence of a person.Creation is an exploring action in a certain environment that contains rich information. The subject detects information according to his own intention, chooses and takes the information that promotes the performance and development of his creativity. Creativity system is an open and complicated system. It is in the process of the dynamic interaction between the subject and the environment that human's creativity can display and develop. Therefore, the generation of creativity depends on the subject initiative, great efforts and continuous exploration, and relies more on the information provided by environment. The influence of environmental factors on creativity-oriented education is not completely the same. According to the close relationship between environmental factors and creativity-oriented education, this paper mainly discusses the influence of cultural-psychological environment, material-institutional environment and media-virtual environment on creativity-oriented education.The influence of cultural environment on creativity-oriented education embodies mainly in cultural pattern, cultural conception, and language and so on in three dimensions. Concretely speaking, we outline the different cultural models in the East-West cultural background mainly from creativity concept, creative process, creative domain and other aspects; some certain ideas in cultural environment such as value, individualism/collectivism tendency, and the attitude towards obedience and tradition have a great impact on creative education; language, as the cultural carrier, is also affecting creativity-oriented education to a certain extent. On this foundation, based on the analytical approach from the value orientation, the thinking model, to the psychological feature, we have carried out systematic analysis for the environmental factor that has an impact on creativity-oriented education in Chinese traditional culture. The psychological environmental influence on creativity-oriented education embodies mainly on the interpersonal environment, the organizational environment and the emotional environment and so on in three main sub-environments. The paper has emphatically analyzed the teacher-student relationship and peer relationship in school, the school social atmosphere and class social atmosphere, as well as the influence on creativity-oriented education of the teacher's own creativity.Material-institutional environment is the material foundation of creativity-oriented education. According to the character and function, material environment can be divided into natural environment, facility environment and space-time environment. The paper gives emphasis to the influence of three major sub-environments on creativity-oriented education. Institutional environment mainly discusses rules and regulations, classroom discipline, management and evaluation system in school institutions.Media-virtual environment is the new modern environmental factor that appears along with the advance of society and the development of science and technology, and gives rise to deeply influence on creativity-oriented education. Media environment is a kind of modern information environment with rich information, it produces more and more profoundly influence by offering rich information resource for person. Creation can't occur in vacuum, and is also impossible to be separated with relative information. But" information pollution " and negative information are disadvantages for creativity-oriented education to be carried out. Virtual environment is the result of physical environmental development, and also the outcome of media environmental development. As far as its substance is concerned, it is the reflection of subjective activity of a person. On the one hand, virtual environment has enriched and expanded the content of realistic environment, broadened the connotation of environment, and offered new field for creativity-oriented education; On the other hand, it has adjusted the subject-object relation, changed space-time idea, initiated the contradiction between virtuality and reality, thus caused the lose of autonomy and satisfied in inveracious creative activities.The creative environment is the advantageous environment that is helpful for creativity-oriented education to be carried on. It is the hotbed of creativity, and the necessary condition of creative activities. Based on the analysis of the impact of environmental factors that affects creativity-oriented education, the paper summarizes the basic characteristics of creative environment that are freedom, tolerance, support and openness, and puts emphasis on the cultivation way of creative environment. The basic characteristics of creative environment are the foundation of cultivation of creative environment. The cultivation of creative environment is mainly to cultivate the free, tolerant, supportable, and open environment. Therefore, we must create the social-campus cultural environment that is conducive to creativity-oriented education, build the modern school system environment, and construct the creative teacher team.
