And this distribution restrained thegraduate' individual choices.In the situation of the arduous task of constructing new country, thegovernments sought unity distribution system benefited to coordinate the talents,ensured the supplies of the talents to the economic constructive department andpoor distant places. So, the college education had closely linked with thedevelopment of socialist contribution, this distribution policy was successful inthat time.
