To comply with the development trends of elementary education curriculum reform, teachers should learn more knowledge of other subjects in work and study and have conversation, communication, and co-operation with teachers of different disciplines or regions.The purpose of this dissertation is to construct an operable mode of teachers' interdisciplinary collaborative learning and to evaluate the online interdisciplinary communications from multi-perspectives. The main research contents are:1, the research on the theoretical foundation of interdisciplinary knowledge sharing through literature review and theory analysis. The factors that affect teachers' online interdisciplinary knowledge sharing are analyzed from the angles of informal communication, learning community and social network theory in combination.2, the development of a platform of teachers' interdisciplinary collaborative learning and the formation of learning communities through the organization of some teachers in interdisciplinary courses. In the realization process of online learning communities, the following two questions are emphasized. First, how to combine the top-down and bottom-up knowledge sharing modes to enable fast formation of online communities and keep their continuity to attract more teachers' participation. Second, how to utilize the social network theory and knowledge communication theory to improve teachers' interdisciplinary collaborative learning.3, based on the specific cases, to evaluate the formation of social network of teachers' interdisciplinary sharing, the construction of interdisciplinary knowledge sharing and the situation of online interaction by several approaches.From a theoretical perspective, this research helps to discover the features of teachers' interdisciplinary collaborative learning from multi-perspectives and bring to light what factors can strengthen the connection of social network, intensify the experience of social scenario, accelerate construction of knowledge and improve enthusiasm of online collaboration.From a practical perspective, this research designs an open mode of teachers' interdisciplinary collaborative learning with combination of bottom-up and top-down approaches. Teachers, volunteers and teaching research staff can more likely to form online interdisciplinary learning communities.
