As the rapid development of communications technology and network technology has broken through the traditional constraints of time and space and linked different learners, a new way of learning—the Virtual Learning Community came into being, and will gradually become an ideal environment which can facilitate learners' collaborative learning and knowledge sharing.At present, many colleges and universities in the building of platforms of the Virtual Learning Community , often focused on the material aspects of the community (hardware, software) and the design of the building, and community activities, while organizational factors and the composition of the synergistic interaction between factors were overlooked and as a result of this ,creating a virtual learning communities in the education of collective learning atmosphere and promoting the overall study results have not been the role into full play.Thus I design and develop virtual learning student community collaboration platform combining my experience of teaching, in the light of the relevant theoretical basis so that it can provide digital collaborative learning environment, combine the online courses and collaborative learning activities, make the supporting of Individual learning and collaborative learning more perfect, make virtual learning community an important component of teachers and students' studying and lives, creating an atmosphere of collective study, so that students find a sense of identification and belonging here, thereby enhancing the enthusiasm and efficiency of their learning, and developing student their social skills of exchanges and collaboration.Comparative study shows that the platform after a partial amendment, then applied to the actual teaching process, using empirical research methods summed up applied research conclusion: The grades of the experimental class which used this platform is superior to the that of the reference classes which didn't use it. And this proved the effectiveness of the platform, and embodied the necessity and importance of designing and developing this platform in the school teaching process.The design and development of teacher-student collaborative virtual learning communities created a new situation for the construction of my school education and also filled my school network learning platform gaps at the same time. The platform stimulated of the students' effective learning, promoted collaboration exchanges between teachers and students, and enhanced the quality of teaching. In addition, the platform has been guidance for the constructions of virtual learning community for all the fraternal colleges in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
