Selecting the evaluation of degree of curriculum as the title, combines the present context of our country.Since 2000, the curriculum reform, from initiating to implementing, moved gradually to maturify after the first stage. Understanding the current level of curriculum reform, knowing the promoting degree and changes in school resulted from the curriculum reforming process, realinzing the problems arised in this process, could provide us with experience and guide our following road. Hence, it is meaningful to see what level the curriculum reform has actually achieved. However, what is the best way to evaluate the degree of curriculum reform? In mainland, there's only some large-scale questionnaire surveys and interviews. It is a pity we don't have a further study on evaluation methods and models."Concerns-Based Adoption Model", abbreviated as CBAM, which is developed mainly by Hall on the basis of Fuller's concern theory, is an influential method means of curriculum implementation. These methods are the results of 30 year's study on education reform, which summarized and upgraded different curriculum implementations. It has some model effects. CBAM includes 3 parts: stages of concern, level of use and innovation configuration,"taking every individual's change as the premise of promoting effective change"being its hypothesis. It concerns the participants'change, especially the changes of feelings, experiences, behaviours, and technical methods of keepers and teachers, such as SoC's unconcerning to gradual concerning and LoU's level 0 to levelâ…¥, teacher being studied most in both cases. Because of its hypothesis, Hall's model is widely used in multi-subject and different teaching period curriculum implementation, in order to evaluate and advance the effects of curriculum implementation. With more and more further study on Hall's model, the defect of Hall's model was gradually discovered. Some study points out that Hall's model is too technical and procedural, for its'layer-after-layer method. Besides that, Hall's model is not suitable for horizontal comparison, that is to say, even teachers of the same LoU, their SoC may differ, Whether the teachers'inner thinkings and outward behaviours could be measured seperately? Some researchers doubt. It is believed that Hall's model, which is based on individuals, origined from Fuller's career development of teachers. Thus, it is more apporiate to do a individual's longitudinal comparison, such as an ordinary makes how much progress in curriculum implementation. From this point, SoC and LoU are corresponding, as Hall's model is an effective evaluative index and stimulating method for individuals. In spite of that, the evaluative model which is based on Hall's model is still very influential and it is localized and revised in many places outside America and Hong Kong and Taiwan of our country.Hall's model's formulation has its specific history context and changing environment adapted to it. There are very few scholors try to localize Hall's model in mainland. Localizing such a model in china could enrich it; Comparing our applying situation with other countries'is benificent for both the development of curriculum theory and the practice of it.This thesis consists of 6 chapaters. The introductions illustrate the value and meanings of studying this question. The first chapter introduces the design and operation of this question from its hypothesis, purpose, content, method and procedure; The second chapter in an overview of documents on the main evaluation methods and models at present; The third chapter is a revision of the evaluation tool of curriculum implementation through pre-reseach, which mainly revises SoCQ of CBAM and verifies its hypothesis. The fourth chapter is a tryout of the evaluation tool of curriculum implementation by using revised SoCQ, which measures teachers'stages of concerns and further verifies its hypothesis. Meanwhile, using LoU's designing tools to measure the interviewee's curriculum implementation degree, presenting preceding results; The fifth chapter are conclusions and suggestions. Based on preceding measurements and researching results, it supplements the interpretation of SoC, verifies the degree of adaptability of LoU, points out advantages and disadvantages of this model and gives advice on further study.
