With the implementation of China's new college entrance examination system and the reform of high school education methods,general high school career education curriculum has attracted more and more attention.General high school career education curriculum undertakes the important task of implementing moral education,promoting students' comprehensive and independent development,and "Five Education Integration".Some areas in China,such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Zhejiang and Jiangsu,have designed and implemented the curriculum according to the new curriculum plan.As one of the first regions in China to implement career education curriculum for senior high school students,H Province issued the guiding opinions of the Department of education of H Province on strengthening career planning education for senior high school students in our province at2018,which has made specific provisions on the implementation of career education curriculum for senior high school students.However,there are no relevant evaluation results about the implementation effect.In order to understand the implementation level of career education curriculum in general high schools in H Province,this study takes the "Concerns-Based Adoption Model" as the guidance,and based on the reference of the measurement tool of teacher concern stage and curriculum implementation level revised by Dr.Jiang ronghua,revises the questionnaire of teacher concern stage and the interview outline of curriculum implementation level,and surveys the high school students in H Province through the revised questionnaire According to the survey results,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of teachers' curriculum implementation level,and finally puts forward some optimization suggestions.The article is mainly divided into six parts.The introduction chapter mainly expounds the research background,related review,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,and research innovation;the first chapter mainly expounds the core concepts involved in the research,determines the selection scope and method of research objects, adjusts and modifies the questionnaire and interview outline in the "Concerns-Based Adoption Model",and provides some suggestions for the research The reliability and validity of the revised questionnaire are measured.The second chapter mainly introduces the survey process,analyzes the survey results,and makes the statistical table of the attention stage and the implementation level of the career education curriculum of teachers in H Province,and analyzes the overall differences of the attention stage and the implementation level of the curriculum of teachers in H Province The third chapter mainly analyzes the factors that limit the implementation level of career education curriculum in high schools in H Province,mainly including the macro,medium and micro levels,corresponding to the education administrative departments,schools and teachers in H Province respectively: the macro level constraints are mainly the imperfect curriculum standards,curriculum evaluation system and Curriculum implementation supervision and management system,and the medium level constraints The main factors are the lack of attention from the school,the lack of teachers,the lack of linkage with the family and society,the micro level constraints are the lack of teachers' understanding of the curriculum,the lack of professional curriculum implementation and the lack of effective communication and cooperation;the fourth chapter mainly puts forward the optimization and improvement suggestions for the restrictive factors analyzed in the third chapter,such as the formulation of curriculum The fifth chapter reflects on the overall research and puts forward new research prospects.
