As an important research area of curriculum studies,curriculum implementation is also the important part of curriculum reform Ministry of Education in 2001 has been promulgated programmatic document,preschool education guidelines(for trial implementation) that guiding the current preschool education curriculum reforms.It has been based on a new idea and planed the preschool curriculum target,curriculum content and curriculum implementation,which is a sign of our country's preschool curriculum reform having entered a new stage.At present many preschools in the rural areas have also been using the new curriculum.In order to get comprehensive, profound understanding of the basic situation in implementing the new curriculum, and to discover problems and summarize experiences timely,so as to promote the new curriculum reform more effectively and smoothly in rural preschools,we need to investigate the situation of the preschool curriculum implementation.The object of this study is a rural preschool in Fuling District of Chongqing.This study adopts various methods such as document analysis,observation,interview and documen collecting,regarding the" Concerns-Based Adoption Model(CBAM) "as the theoretical foundation.The results show that:(1)Teachers are willing to take an active part in implementation of preschool curriculum,but obviously showing primary trend. (2)Stage of Concern(SoC) of teachers in A preschool present mainly management and consequen.Their Level of Use(LoU) display mechanical use and routine.For teachers in the mechanical use level.They want to seek help to improve teaching ability. (3)Resources supporting the curriculum implementation are inadequate inside and outside of rural preschools.The factors affecting the implementation of preschool curriculum have preschool curriculum characteristic,teacher development and resource support,research activities in preschools,traditional concepts of rural parents.Based on the above survey and analysis,This study make the following recommendations:(1)To advance teacher professional growth model of kindergarten teachers in rural areas for improving their professional quality(2)to strengthen the participation and support of preschool leaders on the curriculum implementation(3) to improve the culture of rural teachers,especially between teachers and cooperation.(4) to optimize and improve the rural home education for promoting the efficiency of curriculum implementation...
