Teaching is an anadiplosis and interaction social practice which under teacher's teleology and planned guidance and in order to help the student to master basic knowledge of culture and science, to develop competence, to strengthen constitution and to form a certain ideology and morality to promote student's physical and mental harmony building. The quality and efficiency of teaching is decided by teacher's guidance. The purpose and schematization of teacher's guidance is firstly reflected in the teaching design. However, there are still many problem in our country's study on teaching design, such as: there isn't any teaching design achievement Chinese origin which based on our country's basic condition and go through systematic study; and there isn't any teaching design theory and operation specification in accordance with the education background an need which based on our country's basic condition and suit teachers on the front. Based on above, the paper aims to form a kind of inner high school math teaching design system which aims to project the logos and value of "diagnosis". The inner high school math teaching design system means the main designer is the teacher on the front. The diagnosis math teaching design aims to serve practical teaching and shows the special value and meaning of diagnosis. And, this kind of designing strive to grasp the course and grade characteristics, and put the teacher on the front to be the designer and implementer of teaching design. The supreme aim is to build a useful teaching design system which has lively practicalness and disciplinarily can fit different situation and grade.The thesis has nine parts and their primary coverage as follows:The part of instruction firstly goes about the reason of choosing this topic and its theory and practical value, and then defines the core conception and makes clear its theoretical support. Based on above, the author gives the thesis's research frame.The part of literature review focus on the research findings of teaching diagnosis, diagnostic teaching, teaching design and diagnoses teaching design home and abroad.The third part and seventh part of the thesis study about the operation rules, design method and requirement of math diagnosis teaching design system's element.The part of background system design clearly explains basic connotation and teaching value, and then gives the ontology dimensions and operation method to form specific teaching case.The part of objective system design begin with the inevitability of diagnostician course content, and then form basic content and diagnostic method of math teaching diagnosis.The part of tactics system firstly propose strategy view and practice value of math diagnosis teaching design, and then construct the content and degree of high school's math teaching tactics diagnosis and basic operation standard and method of teaching tactics design.The part of organization system design explain clearly about basic connotation and discipline value of math diagnosis teaching, and then diagnosis high school math teaching organization forms' realization and subject problem systematically, and last construct its operation system.The part of evaluation system clarify the practical value and basic conception of teaching evaluation in math diagnosis teaching, and develop the content and method of teaching evaluation diagnosis, and form the operation system.The eighth part of the thesis is experiment research.Last part proposes three principle of math diagnosis teaching design: subject principle which means teacher is designer; and situation principle which means teaching design is a once only creation; diagnosis principle which means the core of teaching design is diagnosis.Generally speaking, diagnosis math teaching design fully concern about student's different character and knowledge background. The content of diagnosis teaching is directive, enlightening and contextual which ensure students' independence. In this kind of teaching, students study with clear goal. Diagnosis math teaching design aims to help student to know how to learn and provide student a free and independent environment. Meanwhile, this kind of teaching design emphasizes to teach different student with different method and aims to culture student to know what which can help students to improve their ways of studying. Diagnosis math teaching design believes that the improvement of study interest and attitude provide the motivation of improving student math level, and math study method the perfection of provide the support of improving student math level, and the improvement of math study consciousness provide the navigation of improving student math level. All in all, diagnosis math teaching design can improve students' math level effectively.
