Class is the elementary unit in school education, and the success of school education largely depends on the success of class management. As long as the proceeding of educational innovation, there has been much progress in the research of primary and middle school class management. While under current new situation of learning and implementing The Scientific Outlook on Development into depth, people realize that making achievement doesn't mean problem free, and"problem"should be the starting point of class management study. This paper targets at the problems occurred in class management, demonstrates how to address problem and how to solve them, and arrives in various solutions for class management. Mainly including: First: Investigation on current situation of part of Shanghai primary and middle school classes, and made statistical analysis on data and interview record achieved. Second: Analyzing major problems happened in class from different angle and addressed the causes in behind. Third: Solution proposals for these problems based on related theories, say the encouragement of student self-ruling, the communication and cooperative management of school, family and society, and the improvement of class advisor's overall ability in handling problems. These proposals can be references of class management theoretic research or daily practice.
