The speedy development of Internet is completely changing young people's life style. Internet, called"the fourth media", will become one intensely influential socialized power to the development of the youth. Confronting the inevitable tendency for teenagers to have access to Internet, the problem of how to give them proper guide has been common concern of immediate schools, teachers, and parents. This thesis conducts the sampling survey, involving the teenagers from Jiuyuan District and Tumd District of Baotou in Inner Mongolia, studying and analying the remote-area teenagers'net-action status and its influence factors. Based on the influence of network on youngsters in morality cognizance, value conception, behavior tendency and communication ability, the paper explores the effects of socialization of adolescents in remote areas and their socialized ethnic identity, focusing on youth's problems of network socialization. This article selects literature empirical research, mainly documentary analysis and survey research method, involving teenagers in two districts of Jiuyuan and Tumd, Baotou, Inner Mongolia. On the base of"questionnaire of the Internet and adolescent socialization", it analyzes the collected data by statistical methods such as uniariate descriptive statistics, bivariate interaction class, t-test, variance analysis, typical relevant statistics, the multivariate linear regression, two Logisitic regression and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis.According to the study, most of the literature shows that Internet has a lot of negative influence on teenagers, but this empirical investigation results show that in this study sample and on the Internet circumstamces, their social condition overall is good. Generally, the current network has significant influence on socialization of teenagers, but no common adverse effects. This shows that there still exists kind of disparity in people's cognizance of Interner and its influence on youth who has access to network. The data shows, those who are often online against others, actively searching for pornographic web sites, releasing false information, contacting invasive content, imitating the hacking are in respondents minority, most teenagers are more willing to cooperate with others in the network, and build good and healthy network environment.Investigation shows, although the influence of network on teenagers socialization is not common on the whole, the survey reflects that the influence is relatively limited. But it is predictable that, as extension of time in teenagers'contact network, the influence of network on adolescent socialization will become more and more significant. This thesis has confirmed that the length of time in the adolescent contact media is one important index that determines degree to which media affected teenagers. In groups of respondents, those who take longer time online are prone to the bad influence of network. Therefore, if no scientific management is carried out on teenagers, they are likely to be addicted to network, all sorts of problems may arise, and it will eventually slow down the socialization process. The influence of network on youth socialization may be shown in different forms because of its social changes as gender, social status, the family education degree, family relationship. Investigation shows that, compared with girls, boys are more likely to accept the bad information online, more prone to infringement behavior and aggressive behavior. Parents with high education degree and in more harmonious family atmosphere may allow teenagers take less time online, even not online; they are not easy to be affected by negative Internet information. Youth education level directly affects its ability to distinguish bad information. Those with higher education level may be more prone to resist negative influence of network, using Internet to learn and improve themselves. And those with lower level may have their sense of reality distorted, and may be confronted with cognitive overload, losing themselves in the virtual world construced by network, thus its socialization process may be slowed down. The study finds that teenagers'knowledge about network directly affects their behavior online, which directly influences their behavior in reality after the performance, and teenagers who have access to Internet have a significant impact on other people in real life. Thus the author thinks that"it is in a different environment, with personal and social interaction, through social education and the internalization that man's socialization process make people's individual social role shaped successfully. The socialization process is a dynamic practice of two-way constructing process." So, the right knowledge about net principles and net value is likely to make teenages have more standard behavior on line, and the wrong cognition of network is likely to make them produce more abnormal behavior online. Research shows that the behavior of the young students online will move to the real life, having direct impact on their behavior in real life after the Internet. We often hear that some people who are addicted to the Internet cannot extricate themselves; it is most likely that they misunderstand the net as the reality, having the sense of place distorted. This shows some similarities with the study conclusion. The degree of Network addiction has effect on the ethnic custom identification and the sense of belonging of the Mongl teenagers, but no common adverse impact. The net world has no borders. Mongolian young people who are addicted to Internet become open-minded, but network will weaken their ethic concept. National belonging regression analysis finds that Internet weakens their national identity, the ethnic identification and ethnic identity gradually, while strengthening the Mongolian youth's consciousness of community as global villagers. On the basis of whole analysis, three suggestions are presented. Firstly, we must change the hostile and apathetic attitude to the network, and we ought to treat it scientifically. Secondly, scientific management must be carried out to control the negative effect of the network and to exert a positive socialization influence of the nerwork. And thirdly, the whole society must take the initiative to build a healthy net-atmosphere for youth.
