Through analyzing depth interview of teenagers and bibliography, this paper does research on the motive, form and characteristic of human communication of Youth in network, thus reveals the socialization mode of human communication of youth in network.Human communication in network is one kind of interpersonal communication and interaction relation, which was formed by Internet media. Youth paid more attention to the intension of human communication in the cyberspace's of human communication, they constructed their own social network in the cyberspace, established one's position, formed the colony of network subculture. Deep change of human communication brought by human communication mode of network, not only embodied in field of broken the restriction associating factors such as space-time, region, social stratum, etc in the contacts of the network, nut also molded a brand-new human communication mode. With the changes of human communication modes of Youth, Youth' socialization has changed too in cyberspace. The tradition factor (family, school, professional organization, peers, etc.) influencing the socialization has lost or weakened; the substitute is new socialization factor: "cyber peer". Reflect to the characteristic of embodies the educationists' visual, two-way socialized, course the confusion role, such as individual of the socialized content, etc. on the basis of characteristic of cyberspace, in the process of Youth socialized in network. Thus molded the kind of new socialized mode--The socialization in network.
