Today the college graduates in our country are facing with more and more serious pressure of employment, however the students who graduate from our colleges depend on our country and society too much, lack the pioneering, the initiative and innovation; and there is insufficient initiative spirit and poorer enterprise ability. All of these are the reasons that lead to our College students' low employment ability.In order to construct the model of college enterprising education, create the evaluation Model of college enterprising education, improve the quality of enterprising education and Implement the transformation of educational model about bringing along employment with entrepreneurship, this research analyzes the problems and their reasons about the model and management of enterprise education in many aspects such as mechanisms, system and organization according to the current situation of college enterprising education.The article discusses the above subject in seven aspects. First, it analyzes the current research situation of college enterprising education at home and abroad, describes the meaning of concepts concerning enterprising education and elucidates the value and research motivation of management of college enterprise education; Second, it studies theoretical basis of enterprising education and the management of enterprising education such as the fuzzy mathematics theory, Hierarchy of Needs, systematology, human capital theory, learning organization theory, anatomizes the characteristics and function of enterprising education. Third, it summarizes and comments on foreign managerial model and some famous international managerial model of college enterprising education by comparative study. These provide reference for management of enterprising education in china. Forth, it deeply discusses mechanism and system defect which exist in our college enterprising education, rethinks the main current problems about college enterprising education and explore deep reasons by using some theories of enterprising education. Fifth, the route and model to strengthen our college enterprising education are formed and propose the managerial model of college enterprising education—"internal Perfect—external support—comprehensive incentive". Sixth, it constructs the evaluation index system of college enterprising education and Fuzzy Mathematical Model for quality Evaluation of college enterprising education. Seventh, to empirical analyzes the model application and verifies the model according to the analysis of sample data.
