May be the complexity of the research paradigm is a relative gentle thoroughfare that today's educational theory is seeking educational reality,grasping the good of education and enjoy the beauty of education. Since 1970s, the "Paradigm" has also taken place in the Western educational science-from exploring the law of universal education to the search for the scene of the educational value. This also reflects the conversion of education and research perspective.The introducing of the complexity of logic and thinking in the educational field is not only in research methods but also on epistemology provides a more clear and specific way of thinking and understanding of the path for development of educational theory, In educational research and practice,it enable us adopting a holistic, integrated and containing easy and complexity of the way of thinking, using the process of thinking, using of interpretation, dialogue and understanding approach to re-interpret our the world of education and practice,establishing our educational theory. This is also according with the unique nature of pedagogy as the humanities and social disciplines. "Ways to explore complex systems can be a communication between the natural sciences and human sciences, to eliminate the barrier method." By the instruction of complexity theory, our educational theory can use natural methods for reference,through exchanges and understanding of people, make the subjective world of people and as comprehensive content of the reality of the education world arrive at the fusion of horizons. The complexity of thinking considers that exists complex non-linear relations between the various elements in education, we must review the links between the whole and parts by integrated way of thinking. Different reasons have the same results, the reasons for the same have different results, the overall system has the self-organizing capacity to become disorderly and orderly,and is good at unifying the contingency and inevitability at a random fluctuation.
