Research On The Complexity Of The Operation Mechanism Of Chinese Men's Basketball Professional League

At present,how to seize the opportunity to promote the scientific and reasonable CBA League operational mechanism transition and transformation of development mode will become the key to the healthy development of the CBA.In this study,employs the theory of complexity science,the method of literature review,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,complex system modeling and simulation method and mathematical statistics,complexity of CBA League operating mechanism were studied.Furthermore based on the construction of the evaluation model of the CBA League operation mechanism,the existing problems in the league are analyzed.The main results are as follows:1.CBA was born in the specific period of economic system transition in China,the CBA is an open complex system that has been decided by open system complexity of the external environment of the league system,uncertainty in the relationship between the system and the subjects,hierarchical structure of the system,the dynamic performance of the system,and the randomness of the result of the system behavior.The complexity of CBA consist of the elements of its building structure,characteristics&influences of its functions,complex functioning process,and the operational principles.2.The micro level of the operation mechanism of the current CBA League still exists between the following contradictions:the diversification goal power of the management subjects of the league and the pursuit of the maximization of the interests of the participating subjects;the two track system of management of the organization and market leading;the exchange of players and the reserve system;the Administrative Commission and the market in the market marketing;supply and demand of competitive products and main body of consumption;the opposition between wage cap system and yin and Yang contract;the imbalance between internal elite type training supply of the reserve talented person's sports system and the league and national team's demand,the conflict of the diversity of interests and talent training objectives between Sports system and Education system;the construction of laws and regulations seriously lags behind the needs of the development of professional sports;Although the league's political,economic,social and sports and other external environmental basis has been established,but related to people's awareness,thinking of the soft environment changes,there is still a big gap with the needs of League development.3.Due to the CBA League reform is carried out in the environment of the economic system reform of China,so as to make the league system and many subjects with administrative and market the dual identity,but also the formation of a special Chinese two track phenomenon.Such identity attributes lead to the conflict of interest and behavior between the League Managers with the multiple decision objectives and the league players with the pursuit of profit maximization at different levels of the league system.Therefore,it's the multiple identity and the multiple development objectives of the subjects of this league,and the uncertainty of the external environment increase the complexity of the system,and led to the league's professional reform is very complex.4.Since the CBA League's operation system is a complex network with a high degree of close relationship,therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the complex relationship and effect of the internal and external related subjects in the league system,It should be coordinated with the reform of the environment,but also from all relevant stakeholders demand motive were multi-angle thinking,encouraging participants to play a subjective initiative,in accordance with the laws of the market and environmental requirements to choose their own way of development.
