With the development of society and the establishment of opinion on knowledge and talent, traditional school work evaluation is no more sufficient to meet the requirements for teaching and students'development. Hence, a new evaluation of school work for cultivating talents under new era is urgently requested, moreover, the new conception of evaluation must boost the development of students, concern the evaluated person in multiple ways and in complex evaluation environment. Traditional evaluation is based on standard test and carrying on simple and linear thinking, mainly stress on standard program, which somewhat enhance the development of schoolwork evaluation. However, this deems human as standard machinery parts by simple thinking, separates human as independent and inflexible levels, this badly bounds teachers' wisdom and students'creativeness. While school work evaluation is a sophisticated system, only control the whole evaluation by systematic thinking, the ignorance of above mentioned factors can be remedied. This research designs school work evaluation from complex adopting system (CAS) theory, providing a new conception and method for school work evaluation, furthermore, this also can be used in the practical study of schoolwork instruction.The paper began with such basic assumptions:there isn't the best evaluation, just only the most suitable one. Whether it is suitable or not depends on the evaluation method, evaluation purpose and the matching degree of learning goals. Normally, we must select the appropriate ways of evaluation or some combination of them according to the specific teaching goal, environmental factors. Because of this, firstly, my research began with the development of academic assessment and our academic assessment development present situation, then discussed how to evaluate students'academic performance with reasonable, objective and fair attitude. Secondly, design the academic assessment based on CAS theory, then put it into practice, then explored the feasibility and operability. Lastly, define our evaluation's applicable category. In addition, compare the difference between CAS theory and "4 Generation Evaluation".There is no best, only the most suitable one. Just as any comments, CAS academic evaluation has their own advantages and disadvantages, such as:subjectivity of evaluation of, higher time cost, teachers'evaluation skills and so on. All of this need us do further research and exploration.
