University innovation team plays an important role in scientific and technological innovation and growth of creative talent. As a new form of university research organization, university innovation team is a major force of the national scientific and technological innovation system. Recent years, the construction of university innovation team received the State's attention. In the process of the team building, many issues need the theoretical direction. In order to achieve knowledge sharing, team cohesion is the prerequisite of the technological innovation team. However, the current studies of the psychological contract and knowledge sharing most focused on business, the study about the university research organization has just started and the results are very few. Particularly, the study of the psychological contract of the university innovation team and the relationship between psychological contract and knowledge sharing was still a blank.On the basis of a deep literature review, this paper presents the research hypotheses that the psychological contract of university innovation team member has positive impact on knowledge sharing through some mediators effects.514 university innovation team members in 30 "985 project" universitys responded to the questionnaire survey.By the use of factor analysis, reliability and validity test, correlation analysis, regression analysis, structural equation modeling test and so on, the proposed hypotheses were verified, and the corresponding management advices were put forward.Based on the commitment of the team goals achieving, university innovation team members'psychological contract includes responsibilities of team and team members perceived by the team members under the cooperative relationship but not the employment relationship. Through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, "team's responsibility" includes achieving performance, supporting development and concerning about life quality, and "member's responsibility" includes maintaining team, active contribution and complying with norms. "Team's responsibility" has cross-impacts on "member's responsibility"Knowledge sharing of the university innovation team mainly refers to the process of the learning and sharing the potential knowledge which the team members owned consisted of explicit knowledge of others unknown, the tacit knowledge based on the experience. The consequences of the knowledge sharing are the total increase of team members'knowledge and the formation of the team's new knowledge. Because of the complexity of the process of the team knowledge sharing and the lag of knowledge sharing effect, from the team members'knowledge sharing activities perspective, the degree of team knowledge sharing was measured by three aspects in this study. They are knowledge sharing will, knowledge sharing behavior, and knowledge sharing effect. Accordingly, measurement scale of knowledge sharing was exploited. The results show that knowledge sharing will have direct positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior, and knowledge sharing behavior have direct positive impact on knowledge sharing effect.The characteristics of the individual affect both the psychological contract and the knowledge sharing of the university innovation team members. The knowledge sharing in the university innovation team is not only influenced by the individual characteristic and knowledge characteristic, but influenced by the relationship between team members and the teams. Members of the psychological contract, organizational commitment, team interpersonal trust, job satisfaction are the variables which related with the relationship between the team and the members The results show that the psychological contract (team's responsibilities) has a significant positive impact on the members'job satisfaction; psychological contract (team's responsibilities) has a significant positive impact on the organizational commitment and team interpersonal trust. Members of organizational commitment, team interpersonal trust and job satisfaction all have significant positive impacts on knowledge sharing. Through the mediate variables, team's responsibility and member's responsibility have positive impacts on knowledge sharing. In the psychological contract, team's responsibility has stronger influence than the members'responsibility does.This study confirms the impact of the university innovation team member's psychological contract on knowledge sharing. Some management strategies should be adopt, inculding shared vision construcion, team culture creation, a scientific incentive mechanism establishment, democratic and fair internal management implementation, smooth communication mechanism establishment, and tacit knowledge protection and knowledge sharing interactive mechanism establishment. These management strategies can improve organizational commitment, interpersonal trust and job satisfaction, strengthen knowledge sharing will, and enhance the effect of team knowledge sharing.
