since 90's in last century, three stateowned commercial banks had led into offshore strategic investor, the foreign capital M&A turned into the stage of high peak period in 2005. Particularly the financial crisis that had been broken out in Wall Street maked the international financial tycoon withdraw money from the overseas, the foreign capital share of our country commercial bank cans not avoid, either.Therefore, evaluating influence and its key influence path to the efficiency and the stability of the foreign M&A to the our country commercial bank completely has the realistic meaning.For this, this text carry on thorough but again meticulous study about this question.This text studies the comprehensive effect and important path to the efficiency and stability influence of our commercial bank. In combing the studies of domestic and international related research, the thesis draws lessons from the fulfillment of Europe nation M&A in Middle East, and put forward the influence to the efficiency and stability of the M&A in our commercial banks.Then according to the M&A in our commercial banks, from the research of our commercial banks efficiency and stability performance, the thesis analyzes the various influence factor and key influence path to the efficiency and stability in our commercial banks, and study the comprehensive influence to the efficiency and stability of our commercial banks.
