The Study On Optimization Of Shipbuilding Supply Chain Supernetwork

Scientific management and reasonable arrangement of production in ship manufacturing is of great significance, while supply chain applications in the ship industry happens to be a manifestation of this idea. In this article, the main research is the establishment of the shipbuilding model under a simple case of supply chain supernetwork and e-commerce supply chain supernetwork, and the product trading game between the layers of decision makers, as well as the factors impacting the models, finally, a certain model solutions are taken into account so that making the entire supply chain to achieve optimal balance.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1) In this paper, a simple shipbuilding supply chain supernetwork established is a three-tier model, including suppliers, shipyards and shipowners. This is of positive significance for extensive shipbuilding management, on the one hand, it makes shipbuilding more closely linked, on the other hand, it uses certain mathematical methods of quantitative, breaking through the theoretical analysis, to analysis the shipbuilding supply chain networks, reducing costs and enhancing management efficiency. Complete in the information environment, this paper studies the behavior and optimization of the entire supply chain.(2) The article also establish a four-tier multi-criteria shipbuilding supply chain supernetwork under e-commerce environment, which includes suppliers of raw materials, accessory suppliers, shipyards and shipowners. E-commerce has become one of the most important trading methods on market, studying the e-commerce can help shipbuilding supply chain occupy a certain advantages in the process of changing market competition. The network, under e-commerce environment, not only studies the profits maximization of layers of decision makers, but also makes the risk minization. These factors are relatively close to the practical. (3) In the end, I take into account of the shipbuiding process optimization. The shipbuilding enterprises are so particular and complex in the shipbuilding process that information optimization and management optimization will certainly affect the development and life cycle administration.
