Shipbuilding industry sinks into a situation of sustained downturn currently. To avoid bankrupt and occupy the market continuously, shipbuilding enterprises should not only improve manufacturing technology, but also apply effective methods and concept of management. As facing to an uncertain market environment, shipbuilding enterprises turn into the competition of shipbuilding supply chain, which makes them have to recognize the objective reality of shipbuilding supply chain.Many enterprises are related to shipbuilding supply chain not only containing logistic, information and capital but also relation network between these enterprises. And such network can be described by a supernetwork. Based on supernetwork theory, two shipbuilding supply chain supernetwork models have been proposed under uncertain environment.On the one hand, penalty factor is an uncertain variable because of fluctuant market price. During a certain shipbuilding time period T, channels of material (ship plate is considered in this paper) supply may be disrupted caused by disruption events. In this case, we propose a shipbuilding supply chain supernetwork disruption risk equilibrium model, and the penalty factor for supplier is regarded as a random fuzzy variable. By the expected operator, the model has been transformed into a deterministic equilibrium model. Then, we solve the model through variational inequality, and analyze the effect of different disruption probability to shipyard’s order strategy and shipyard’s behavior.On the other hand, demand uncertainty brings difficulties making decisions of material purchase for both the shipyard and the supplier. To study the profit coordination between two parties, we propose a shipbuilding supply chain supernetwork option model with random demand. We analyze shipyard’s order strategy and profit with different fill rates through the intelligent hybrid algorithm. Furthermore, the effect of demand information and option price to channel coordination is discussed.
