Nowadays, most shipyards of our country are in a process of converting from conventional shipbuilding mode to modern shipbuilding mode. In the environment of the increasing personalized and diverse demand of customers', in order to achieve modern shipbuilding mode, which is customer-oriented. It requires shipping corporation to operate quickly to meet the different needs of customers, making it as an agile organization. Corresponding Supply Chain Management (SCM) has to get agile, making modern shipbuilding to achieve effective resource and information management.Agent technology is emerging hot spots in the field of Artificial Intelligence and general computer science. Independent Agent and multi-agent system provide a new way of analyzing, designing and implementing complex systems. Multi-agent has such characteristics as parallel, adaptability, openness, etc. By using the coordination between Agents, could achieve effective coordination among allied enterprises; strengthen cooperation and information transaction of each function unit in Agile Supply Chain (ASC). Therefore more and more Agent technologies apply in Agile Supply Chain Management (ASCM).From the characteristics of shipbuilding SCM, this paper has built shipbuilding ASCM model based on Agent. The thesis has also paid attention on two key technologies: Multi-Agent task allocation in shipbuilding ASCM and shipbuilding ASC integration.Firstly, the relevant theoretical and technological research of Agent is expounded. The feasibility and validity of introducing the theory and technology of multi-agent into ASCM is described. In summing up the main characteristics of shipbuilding ASC, the paper has built shipbuilding ASCM model and shipbuilding agile manufacture model based on multi-agent. With the integration of practical system, shipbuilding ASCM based on multi-agent is presented.Secondly, the thesis has analyzed the particularity of multi-agent task allocation and set up the corresponding mathematical model. The paper has used ant colony algorithm to solve the task allocation, thus achieving optimal combination, and analyzed the relative instance. At last, according to the feature of the integrated ability of based-on multi-agent ASC, shipbuilding ASC integrated capability evaluation system is established, including the integrated ability of information system, the knowledge integrated capability, the integrated capability of organization and the integrated ability of strategic. The paper has used gray relational analysis method for the integration evaluation.
