According to the data collecting that we survey more than 1,000 Chinese managers from enterprise, government or public institutions in 11 provinces and autonomous regions, like Guangxi, Guangdong, Hebei, and Henan province. Statistics as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, regression analysis, one-way ANOVA and T test and other statistical methods are applied for the data analysis. The manager's moral intelligence theory model is constructed and verified. The Chinese manager's moral intelligence has been studied.The conclusions are list as follows:1. The Chinese enterprise manager's moral intelligence has four dimensions, namely, the sense of responsibility, honesty, generosity, law-abiding. Moral intelligence of government or public institution managers also has four dimensions. But the specific or concrete contents are different from each other.2. Enterprise manager's moral intelligence has effect on subordinate, including their background performance, job involvement, turnover intention and personal moral beliefs for organization. But the four dimensions of moral intelligence have different impact on these consequences variables;3. Enterprise manager's moral intelligence has significant positive effect on their altruistic behavior; while the moral intelligence of government or public institution manager's is unrelated to their altruistic behavior.4. Different dimensions of enterprise manager's moral intelligence through mediator like work values and manager's execution act on their subordinate's background performance, job involvement and turnover intention.5. Supervisor's commitment and their support of enterprise culture play regulatory role in the relationship among enterprise manager's moral intelligence, their background performance and turnover intention; however there is no adjustment effect on the relationship among moral intelligence, job involvement and personal moral beliefs for organization.6. On enterprise manager's moral intelligence, there is no difference in the education levels and gender, but there is difference in age, management positions, organization type, time of work,, time of management experience;Finally, the dissertation analyzes two typical cases and describes the deficiencies in this research and some further research problems.
