Property is an important phenomenon of human society, and it has a profound impact on our social situation and human development. So, the problem of property needed to be concerned by the theoretical research. Today along with the swift growth of China's social and personal property, property is increasingly becoming a problem which is needed to be scientifically recognized and understood urgently. Therefore, it is of great significance, not only in theory but also in practice, to inspect the property question from the philosophical perspective.From the perspective of philosophy, the article takes the relations of property, person and social system as the breakthrough point of discussion. Seeking to deepen the understanding of property, a thing of ancient stuff and often be a new social phenomenon;to deepen the understanding of relationships between property and social systems, property and human existence and human development. Explore the nature of the relationships among property, people and the social system. And then discusses how to optimize the institutional arrangements, so that to correctly handle the relationships of improving property production efficiency and improving society welfare, promoting economic development and comprehensive development of man. The full text is divided in five chapters besides the introduction and is launches from the following aspects.First, we will try to clear the basic point and framework of analysis. The first chapter reviewed the definition on property of the Western scholars and the Chinese ancients, and then introduced the property views of Marxism. Marx did not agreed with other thinkers who attributed property to simple objects or abstract social rights. Marx believed that the property is not only the relations between human and materials, but also manifesting the relations among people in the thing, namely it is manifesting certain productive relations and even the social relations. But so far, people's fundamental purpose of communication is not to get those relationships, but to achieve materials and wealth——through those social relations.People, through certain social relations, established the ownership or occupying relations between themselves and specific conditions of production and living. This is what we said:"property". In order to dominate the object of property, people must draw support from the specific social relations, and only in the relations of production and other social relations can human being produced their property. Social relations as the means of people's occupying the production and living conditions, also usually develop into social systems. Therefore, people achieve the domination of production and living conditions to meet the need of their existence and development, through social systems as the medium. Person is both the subject and the goal. The history of person, property and social system is the realistic foundation of the full text's analysis. And this property definition is the logical beginning of full text's analysis. The dynamic structure:"Property = people's ownership or occupying of the production and living conditions, through the social relations (social system)"([human—→social relations (system)—→the conditions of production and living]= Property) is the analysis frame of full text. Then, the second chapter has combed the history of the origin and evolution of property, outlined the broad contours of the human property's development. Proposed three laws in property development: from the static state to the tendency in form, from individual to general in the value, from outside to people to internalize in people.Second, we analyze the concrete relations between property and person, property and social system, from both horizontal dimension and vertical dimension. The Third and Fourth chapter discusses relations between the property and social system, the property and the person in turn. The analysis was took the property's and society's development reality as a foundation, took"Property = people's ownership or occupying of the production and living conditions, through the social relations (social system)"as a frame. The analysis was launched respectively from two dimensions: the horizontal structural relations and the interactive relations in vertical development.On the relations of property and social systems, they are interrelated in the horizontal, and on longitudinal,the property development is interactive unification with the evolution of private social system, public social system and other different social system. The evolution of the system itself is a sign of society progress. On the relations of person and property, from the horizontal, property and person's demand, survival, human rights and so on are closely related. In vertical, property development,human development and social progress are interactive and unified. Then in section V of Chapter IV, a summary was given about the relationships of property, system, and people. In essence, the relations among property, system, and people is the relationship of the productive forces, the productive relations and the overtop structure. It reflects people, who is determined by specific productive forces, made every effort, through the productive relations and the overtop structure and so on medium, to held the productive forces and its' products. It reflects three kind of contradictory relations that among person and nature, person and society, persons and themselves. Then those three kind of contradictory relations can be attributed to one kind of contradictory relation which is between the human and the world or that is between the subject and object. Through analysis, we found that:(1) Property, people and social systems (as a reflection of social relations), the three, in fact, is a unity of material, human being, and social relations. In the static state the three is a social organism, a simplified picture of social cross-section. In tendency, the property development, person's development, system's evolution and even the social history's development is a unified process. The property and system's history is also person's history. This kind of history is always carried out in a certain institutional framework, and also embodies the evolution of humanity from the realm of necessity to the kingdom of free. But the humanity desires and reality activities of creating and holding the property, the property, as an objective force, continue to promote human development, as well as the progress of productive forces(as a fusion of the both thing above), is the basic power of this kind of evolution.(2) People is the main body and goal of the overall system and the development movement, is the system's builder and the master, is also the leader and the ownership of development. We must adhere to people-oriented concept of development rather than the "pay close attention to things but not to people" one.(3)Property is the decisive factor which affects the development of person and society. In order to solve the social problems, we must insist the principle that the development of productive forces is the determining factor.(4) Social system, as a medium between human and property object, plays a key role in the development of person, property and society. We must seriously pay attention to display system's function. But the system itself is stratified and dynamic. It is a complex social system and its effectiveness depends on many factors. We cannot pursue the system's performance improvement pass though sole aspect such as the property ownership and so on.Finally, the Fifth chapter utilizes generally in individually, to analyze contemporary China's development from the perspective of property. Contemporary China is in the primary stage of socialism, and is in a critical period of rapid modernization now. The development has achieved great achievement, but also there are some problems, such as: the rights system of property is not perfect, the development way of economy is unscientific, the wealth pattern of society is not balanced, human development and economy development is uncoordinated, and so on. To solve those problems, we need to build a scientific and rational system of property rights, create the property development model with Chinese characteristics, build a people-oriented shared society, erect people-centered shared community. In particular, we should set up Scientific Concept of Development reliably, adhere to the correct development strategies and models. And take those as instructions, we should nurture the scientific concept of property, improve the effectiveness of the social systems, and overall plan the coordinated development of people, economy, society, resources and environment.
