| Forestry informatization is the important content of forestry modernization, the state-owned forestry zones occupy an important positon in our country's forestry, and its informatization construction plays a same important role in the forestry modernization. Therefore, it is of realistic and far-reaching significance for our country to liberate thought, update concept, catch and take advantage of the achievements and development opportunities brought by the informatization, and energetically promote informatization of the state-owned forestry zones on questions of improving the state-owned forestry zone management level, promoting its scientific management, harmonizing economy development with environment protection, and maintaining region's sustainable development. With the gradual penetration of informatization construction and because of the peculiarities of the state-owned forestry zones, traditional informatization modes cannot meet the need of state-owned forestry zones' informatization construction, and its degraded construction efficiency has even become one of the main constraint factors to the further informatization construction of the state-owned forestry zones. So it is of great realistic significance to explore an informatization construction mode that's suitable to the current particularities of the state-owned forestry zones.Choosing the state-owned forestry zones as the research object, based on analyzing the present situation and existing problems of the informatization construction in the state-owned forestry zones, and aiming at informatization construction particularities and informatization demand of the state-owned forestry zones, this paper chooses ASP technique as its informational technique to carry out its research on regional informatization model of the state-owned forestry zones. Specifically, the research includes four main aspects:①Research on the regional informatization framework mode of the state-owned forestry zones based on ASP. Based on a careful analysis of the informatization construction particularities and informatization demand of the state-owned forestry zones, and in allsuion to the basic informatization conditions of the state-owned forestry zones, the paper selects the applying mode of ASP technique and determines the basic thought, main objectives and basic principles of the state-owned forestry zones'regional informatization mode based on the ASP, and upon which the paper constructs a system structure of the new mode and selects its emplementation. starting point;②Research on the construction of the state-owned forestry zones'regional informational service center and platform——the important component part of the new mode. According to the basic thought and main objectives of the state-owned forestry zones'regional information mode, the paper determines the framework and main departments of the regional information service center, defines the main duties of regional information service platform, and constructs platform framework model, physical model, function model and logical model that are suitable to the regional informatization applying environment of the state-owned forestry zones;③Research on the operating process of regional information service center in the state-owned forestry zones based on ASP——the core operation management institution of the new mode. According to the basic thought and main objectives of state-owned forestry zones'regional informatization mode and the state-owned forestry zones'regional information service center model, the paper determines the main operating process of the information service center including the construction and management of the regional information service center, informational services that the regional information service center provides for its affiliated enterprises and related departments, the spreading of the regional information techniques, the cooperation between the regional information service center and the external information resources providers, and the operation performance evaluation of the information service center.④Research on safeguards for the new mode's security. The regional informatization mode of the state-owned forestry zones based on ASP operates relying on the internet and from a view of the current development of information technology, safety problem has became one of the main factors that constrain the development of internet application. So the research on safeguards for the new mode's security mainly analyzes the security threats confronted by the regional information service center and the safety demands of the objects it serves, determines the basic thought of the safeguards for the regional information service platform's security, constructs the safeguards for the regional information service platform's security, and selects proper security techniques to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the regional information service platform.
