The Model Research And Design Implementation Of Chongqing Rural Comprehensive Information Service Platform

Problems about agriculture，rural areas and peasantry has been focused on for along time by the Party and our country. So far, the central file NO.1has paid closeattention to the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" for10years in a rowand rural informatization construction is the important means to solve the problem of"agriculture, rural areas and peasantry". Chongqing has made significant achievementsin rural informatization construction in recent years. However Chongqing’s ruralinformatization lacks of the research of overall planning and construction model, andspecific information service platforms still have problems such as repeated construction,limited function, lack of sharing, difficult maintenance, poor profitability. So this paperdoes the following research on construction of Chongqing rural comprehensiveinformation service platform:Firstly, this paper analyzes the infrastructure of the Chongqing ruralinfromatization construction, platform construction situation and the existing problems.Then the paper research the overall frame of Chongqing rural informatizationconstruction based on the construction goal of Chongqing rural informatization.Secondly, the paper studies the construction mode of Chongqing ruralcomprehensive service platform. And the organization mode, operation mode,information service mode and profit mode etc. are analyzed in detail.Additionally, the user group and detail of the Chongqing rural comprehensiveinformation service platform are analyzed. Then the paper researches the principle andarchitecture of the platform construction, designs the function module detailedly. Alsothe primary process is designed and analyzed.Finally, mainly from several aspects such as the overall deployment, informationsecurity system, implementation security measures and the evaluation strategy ofimplementation effect based on analytic hierarchy process and effect systematicevaluation method, the implementation of Chongqing rural comprehensiveinformation service platform is studied.
