Research Of Construction On Technical Support System Of Agricultural Modernization In China

China is a big agricultural country with 1.3 billion populations. As the foundation of national economy, the developments of agriculture do not only directly affect the farmers' economic interests accounted for most of the Chinese population, but also relates to the good development of the whole national economy. Therefore, the problems of rural and peasants derivatived by the agriculture have pullzed the governments at all levels for a long time with the "SAN nong" questions consist of this. How to promote the agricultural development, improve the agricultural benefits, increase the farmers' income and prosper the rural economy must be the major issues which must confront and be resolved in today's society. And under the guidance of the basic concept which is "science and technology are the first productive forces", only strengthening scientific and technological innovation and relying on scientific and technological progress will finally and successfully solve these problems, but how to promote scientific and technological support of agriculture is a difficult problem which is before the researchers and policy makers.Agricultural technological progress is a process in advance which creates new theories and invents new technology continually, expends and applies the new achievements, changes the new scientific and technological resources of agriculture into material value-added wealth, thus to improve the efficiency of the economy. Based on the background which is the strategy of agricultural modernization, the industry of agriculture development that has been entered a new stage and will be marketed and international increasingly, the construction of system supported by agricultural technical, this article analysis the relationship of agricultural scientific and technological support and agricultural development and constructs the support system of agricultural science and technology, using the theory of economic and management and the method which is combined by normative analysis and empirical analysis. This system includes five subsystems which are research and development, promotion services, the application of agricultural technology, market and macro-controlling. Summarize the integrated process of the five subsystems mainly as three key sectors which are technical construction, technical options and confluent development. This article also divides each subsystem based on input module, operation module and output module and analyzes the function, the operation situation and the existing functional obstacle of the supportive system of agricultural technology and proposes the suggestion of countermeasures which can optimize the system function and promote the modernization development of agriculture.Applying the results of research directly may exists limitations, as the differences between our social system, the foundation of industrial development, personnel quality and cultural background and these in western countries. The domestic research about technical integration which has existed mainly concentrates on the discussion and conceptual description of foreign theories of technical integration and discusses the necessity and importance of technical integration more. The systematic research at the enterprise level remains to be thorough about technical integration. Especially, the problems about how to remain effective technical integration and so on still need deep analysis and empirical research, so that it can provide theoretical guidance for the practice of technical integration of agricultural enterprises.
