Since entering the 21st century, our country has gradually become a big country of automobile production and consumption. With Toyota, Volkswagen, General and other international auto giants having settled in China, the domestic auto manufactures are all accelerating the pace, therefore the auto industry in China has entered an unprecedented competition era. In the war without smoke, reduce costs and quickly respond the changes of market demand what has been an important condition for victory. Therefore, as the third profit source, logistics will be the direction for further study and improve of the car manufacturer. Inventory and transportation in logistics has separated the place and time between suppliers and demands. They are the main functions of factors of"place value"and"time value"created by logistics and the two most important stages. They account for most of the logistics expenses. However, they were still in control and optimization separately from now on. There is a known"anti-back benefits"between inventory and transport. This two links in the logistics system are close and important, so it is the general trend to integrate them. This not only has important theoretical value, but also has great practical significance.Our country has just begun to research and practice on the supply chain logistics management and on the automobile industry supply chain logistics integration. Since joining the WTO, automobile industry has faced the challenges of globalization in our country. In this urgent situation, it is very meaningful to learn the essence from supply chain logistics management theory and to build the theoretical system of car manufacturing enterprise supply chain logistics and to improve the competitiveness of automobile industry in our country.This article focused on the following content:â‘ Characteristics of automotive supply chain management ,the third party logistics applications and auto parts logistics supply model, the base and mode of operation of automotive supply chain logistics integration were analyzed. Integration of the operation of automotive supply chain logistics information system were constructed.â‘¡By analyzing the vehicle scheduling problem and the present situation, the vehicle scheduling mode of Milk-run mode was presented and the Milk-run pickup mode conditions were analyzed. The impact of the number of suppliers and the time windows of supplier delivery on the stock-transportation cost curve was studied. The vehicle scheduling problem with load restraint ,soft time windows and hard time window constraints was studied. Improved genetic algorithm was designed and vehicle scheduling mode of the Milk-run vehicle with a time window was solved.â‘¢The impact of inventory optimization with Replenishment frequency , time of replenishment, distribution, carrying capacity of regional were analyzed. The relationships and the objectives of optimization in automotive supply chain were analyzed. Level programming model was established. Based on the game between the level programming model, a double-layered planning was designed to solve the level programming.â‘£In case of Chongqing Changan Minsheng Logistics to pick up the project of Milk-run, division method and the transport provider sets was analyzed in Milk-run mode application. The superiority of the Milk-run pickup pattern than a traditional supplier of direct-mode edge was investigated.
