Over the past decades, the growth of game theory has made it as one of the best analysis tools in economics. Meanwhile, the forms of corporate strategic alliances such as cooperation and outsourcing are booming in modern economic society. In this dissertation, based on the analysis of each participating one's behaviors, the cooperation between the two enterprises has been studied by game theories to reveal the root cause of their behaviors and that how they correspond and communicate. And the efficiency of their corresponding and communicating has been discussed. The inventive points of this dissertation are as follows:Two functions, labor input-output function and labor cost function, have been proposed; On the premise of complementary labor resource, a non-cooperative game model and a cooperative game model are established, in which the two enterprises in the cooperation take each input labor as their strategies. In the non-cooperative model, it is proved that the Nash Equilibrium exists. And for solving this Nash Equilibrium, it is given the iterative algorithm, the convergence of which is also proved. While in the cooperative model, it is presented the necessary and sufficient condition of alliance payment optimal. And for solving the alliance payment optimal, it is given the iterative algorithm, the convergence of which is proved as well.On the premise of homogeneous labor resource, a non-cooperative game model and a cooperative game model are established, in which the two enterprises in the cooperation take each incremental income-distribution proportion and input labor as their strategies. In the non-cooperative model, it is proved that the Nash Equilibrium exists. After being given an equivalent model, it is analyzed the sufficient condition of the unique optimal solution. And the one-dimensional linear search algorithm for this optimal solution is presented. In the cooperative model, it is proposed the necessary and sufficient condition of alliance payment optimal and the one-dimensional linear search algorithm for the optimal solution of the alliance payment function. A win-win distribution method is presented for quadratic assignment of excess return. In context of financing cooperation, a non-cooperative game model and a cooperative game model are established, in which the two enterprises in the cooperation take each incremental income-distribution proportion and input capital as their strategies. In the non-cooperative model, it is proved that the Nash Equilibrium exists. After being given an equivalent model, the unique optimal solution is proved exist. Furthermore, a fuzzy expectation value model is studied. And an example of financing cooperation is analyzed.
