In the 21st century, as the development of digital technology and IP network technology, the integration of telecommunication network, radio network and Internet is one important trend in the digital age of information communication industry. Media industry changes in the triple play because of a huge influence on the society, which leads to more and more research attention. Currently, the researches of the network convergence focus on technological development and government regulation. In the new TIMES (telecommunications, Internet, media, entertainment, security) convergence market environment, only a few researchers, especially radio and television service providers on the operator's business model innovation.Therefore,we propose to analyze the media operators business model in the Process of transformation. Based on Business Model and Value Chain theory,game theory, the thesis offers an innovative way to system and in-depth study the media operators business models.The first chapter is"Introduction". In this chapter,this paper introduce the background of the trip-Networks convergence development,expatiate the research content and research meaning of this paper and generalize the research method and structure of this paper.The second chapter is "Review and Summary of Relative Theory". This chapter will summarize the Business Model theory,value chain theory and Maturity Model theory that are used in this Paper.The third chapter is "Research on the development of traditional operating mode of the media operators in China ".This chapter will study the trend of integration and business model innovation of the media industry based on industry convergence theory, history analysis, business model theory. This further development of the Tang Shiding, Hu Zhengrong the classification of other scholars, the history of media industry proposed a new classification method of stages of development. Based on innovative business model and value chain theory, proposed the convergence business model will be the main operating mode of media operators in the the future.The forth chapter is "Research on TIMES convergence operating mode of the media operators in China ". This chapter based on chain innovation theory and essence capacity model, explains the internal mechanism and the evolution of the law of triple play converged services. Thesis, according to the latest industry achievements and development trend of the Internet market, make eight types of TIMES businesses. The paper constructed the whole system which include three categories, and eight modes of TIMES operation mode.The fifth chapter is "Research on the Dynamic Game Analysis and Empirical Analysis of TIMES convergence operating mode of the media operators in China ". Based on the analysis of the business mode of TIMES industry in Mobile Internet, this paper builds up the Revenue Sharing Contract to analyze the profit balance mechanism, computes it by the model of Stackelberg Model. Finally, it makes an empirical analysis on the Mobile Read in CMCC. Result shows that the best allocation coefficient is 30%.The sixth chapter is "Research on the Maturity Model of TIMES convergence operating mode of the media operators in China ".This chapter combined the research results of evaluation on business model, and based on the assessment of organizational capability maturity model framework, proposed TIMES Convergence Business Model Maturity Model which include five maturity levels and the seven dimensions.The last chapter,a conclusion,summarizes the research results herein,and Points to the insufficient and the problems.There are four innovation points in this study.Firstly,in the industry value chain innovation, dynamic game theory framework, the paper builds on the TIMES business mode of media operators based on revenue sharing contract and uses Stackelberg model to solve the problem of the industrial chain coordinate, and makes an empirical analysis.Secondly, the paper proposes the TIMES business model evaluation system based on the maturity model. In the context of the Networks convergence, the paper is presented on media operator's maturity model integration of operational assessment and management framework for quantitative analysis of system dimension, and analyzes the causes of the development gap, given improving path.Thirdly, the paper proposes TIMES (telecommunications, Internet, media, entertainment, security) convergence businesses for media operators. Paper develops the EU UMTS mobile Internet business classification and proposes for the future of mainstream media operators converged services and business models.Finally, in the background of triple play, the paper studies how to build a media operators TIMES convergence business model, as well as how the evolution of the traditional business model for the convergence business models.
