Economic globalization, market complex and the rapid development of information technology has made the virtual enterprise become an important organizational and managerial pattern, and the formation of virtual enterprise can enhance the market competitiveness of organizations to respond to market opportunities faster and meet customer needs. In addition, the obstacles on the implementation of the strategy have become main problems of improving organizational performance and achieving strategic objectives. At present, the academic research of strategy implementation of virtual enterprise is the relative lack, therefore, this paper choosing strategy implementation of virtual enterprise and the relationship with corporate performance for study has important theoretical and practical significance.This article uses literature, theory, research, and statistical analysis methods, analyzes the characteristics of virtual enterprise, delimits the meaning of strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprise, discusses the composing elements of strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprise, builds the virtual enterprise strategy implementation capability model, puts forward evaluation method of strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprise, and through statistical analysis, comprehensively discusses the impact of strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprise on financial performance and non-financial performance. At last, deeply researches the obstacles of enhancing strategy implementation capability and countermeasures from the perspective of five composing elements of strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprise, in this paper, the innovative results are as follows.1. Redefine the meaning of the virtual enterprise. Currently, the virtual enterprise can be divided into narrow and broad understanding, "narrow" concept emphasizes information technology tools, "extended" concept emphasizes cooperation, integration of external resources, market reaction speed and dynamic alliance. This article uses the "broad" perspective to understand the connotation of virtual enterprise, and we think virtual enterprise is a dynamic commonwealth of a number of independent manufacturers with core competencies which is built with the market opportunity as a starting point, the computer network as the operating platform, the contract as the basis for cooperation and the win-win situation as the purpose.2. Construct theoretical system of strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprise. Through the analysis of implementation and strategy implementation, the meaning of strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprise has been defined, and analyzes the composing elements of strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprise, including: strategy, membership, communication, incentive mechanism, and corporate culture, then the five elements are divided into three dimensions of status, direction and methods, and the model of strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprise is proposed, at last puts forward evaluation method of strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprise, including the index system, index weight, and comprehensive evaluation, and the theoretical system of strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprise is initially established.3. Discuss the impact of virtual enterprise strategy implementation capability on corporate performance. This paper divides the strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprise into five composing elements of strategy, membership, communication, incentive mechanism and corporate culture, based on this discusses the impact of five elements on financial performance and non-financial performance, and provides reference and basis to improve the performance level for the virtual enterprise.4. Put forward corresponding countermeasures based on the analysis of obstacles of improving the strategy implementation capability of virtual enterprise. Virtual enterprises in the forms of organization, the mode of operation and other aspects are different from traditional companies, so the upgrading of the strategy implementation capability is also faced with special difficulties. This article discusses the adverse effects of improving the strategy implementation capability from five aspects of strategy, membership, communication, incentive mechanism, and corporate culture, and countermeasures are proposed for the various adverse effects.
