Research On The Operation Mechanism And Effectiveness Evalution Of Agricultural Business Incubator

Agricultural business incubator that provides infrastructure and kit service needed for starting a business a series of agriculture business enterprise, accelerates agriculture science and technology achievement conversion, reduces the entrepreneurial risks and entrepreneurial cost, then helps and promotes start-up agricultural enterprise growing is an economy organization. Agricultural business incubator is the important component of the agricultural science and technology innovation system,and it is a resource integrate platform. The research at home and abroad has much about incubator, but thorough research of agricultural business incubator does not be seen more. This article combines theory research with empirical study, explores the operation mechanism of agricultural business incubator and its utility evaluation, and provide theoretical guidance for the development of Chinese agricultural business incubator. This chapter introduces the research background papers and puts forward the question and Current research at home and abroad, states this thesis research purposes and research significance, and explains the research content, technical framework, features and innovative points.Chapter 2, the theory foundation of this thesis. In this chapter, we introduce the origin, connotation, classification and function of business incubators. This chapter expounds the two basic agricultural economy development theories, namely the human capital theory and social capital theory, and introduces system evaluation theory, including the construction of index system and the design of evaluation methods.Chapter 3, operation mechanism and the evaluation model of agricultural business incubator. This chapter introduces the agricultural business incubator's connotation, characteristic and function. The internal and external running environment of agricultural business incubator is analysed. Analyzing operation performance of indirectly and directly influence factors of the agricultural business incubator. Constructing operation mechanism and the evaluation model of agricultural business incubator, including the design of main elements, auxiliary elements of the design and general study model structured.Chapter 4, operation mechanism research of agricultural business incubator. We introduce every stage mechanism of the running process of agricultural business incubator: screening mechanism, financing mechanism, graduation mechanism, earnings mechanism. Early warning mechanism of agricultural business incubator and the agricultural enterprise personnel incubation mechanism are studied.Chapter 5, operation utility assessment of agricultural business incubator. We analyses the external and internal influencing factors of the operating effects of agricultural business incubator.
