A Study On High-tech Business Incubator And Incubation Performance Evaluation System Of Chongqing

The business incubator is a new type of economic and social organization which most countries in the world attach great importance to, and the business incubator has been rapid development in the context of the world. The business incubator is popularly known as high-tech business incubator, contributed significantly to the applying high technology to production, was a fledgling business but has become so extended and rapid development, such as a growing amount of business incubator and increasing incubation capacity. Chongqing City, the only municipality directly under the central government in China's western region, the top priority of its innovation system is regional economic prosperity. At the same time, the high-tech business incubator and its system to support and nurture innovative enterprises and entrepreneurs becomes naturally an important component of the Chongqing's region innovation system. In recent years, the high-tech industries of Chongqing have begun to take shape, and have improved economic efficiency and effectiveness in attracting significant, but as far as high and new technology industrial incubator, many problems as in incubator system and operational mechanism still persists in Chongqing, which the most prominent problem is the lack of an effective system of incubation performance evaluation.The dissertation consists of seven chapters. Chapter I described the main research background and significance, the research status at home and abroad, and the major innovations and major research methods of the papers. Chapter II analyzed the basic theory of high-tech business incubator, including incubator's basic concepts, type, and functional, including the analysis of theoretical basis about the economic effects of business incubators and incubator model's operating mechanism, and described the history and development of business incubators and learn from experience at home and abroad. the status of the building and development in Chongqing's business incubators had an overall analysis in chapter three, and at the same time, outlined problems and its causes in the development of Chongqing's high-tech business incubators development, and believed the main reasons which impact of Chongqing business incubators is not fully played was the lack of a unified and effective incubation performance evaluation system.
