Studies On The Culivation Of Agriculture Hi-Tech Business Incubator

The technical industry incubator, as an enterprise hatching enterprise, is playing a vital role in transforming technical achievements, industrialization, promoting regional economy, creating employment opportunities, developing the innovative environment and so on..As our country's primary industry, our government and scholars increasingly think much of the development of agriculture, esp. the development of the modern agricultural science. The three agricultural problems are always one of the important problems that our government needs to study and solve. The agricultural science and technology industry incubator is a new and effective attempt which combines the agricultural science and technology industrialization and the technical hatching development. Although still in the course of experiment and popularization, it develops fast. Different kinds of agricultural science and technology industry incubators have been established gradually all over the country. However, the agricultural science and technology industry incubators lacks fundamental research. Although there are some extremely successful models of agricultural science and technology industry incubators, problems still exist. For instance, unclear property right and system; lack of long-term development objective and strategy, system regulation, funds and technical entrepreneurs, leading enterprises and products; the risk of innovation, etc. Agriculture relates to the national economy and the people's livelihood. However, because it takes too long time for agricultural science and technology enterprises to make slight profits, which violates the pursuit of interests maximization, the agricultural science and technology enterprises always tend to hesitate in the process of development and management, thus leads to the enterprises'short-term behavior as well as lag of agricultural science and technology incubators development. This paper studies the general literature of technical industry incubators, compares the technical enterprise incubators to other enterprises, analyses the existing issues of the developing agricultural science and technology industry incubators, seeks the general working mechanism of cultivation of agriculture science and technology industry incubators, and try to find the factors which confines the development of agricultural science and technology industry incubators. On the basis of the above study and through the analysis of some realistic cases, this paper comes up with some suggestions on the policy of cultivating agricultural science and technology industry incubators, hoping to contribute to the effective, everlasting and sound development of agricultural science and technology industry incubators.
