The Research On Synergy For System Of Logistics Enterprise Resource Based On Integrating Of M&A

On the background of many problems and challenges that Chinese domestic logistic enterprises are facing, according to the analysis framework and method of Synergetics, the paper establishes corresponding mathematical model to analyze synergistic evolution of life cycle and integrating process of M&A about system of Logistic Enterprise Resources by the use of Rough Sets, Langevin equations and other mathematical tools. The object not only includes a Logistic enterprise also includes logistic Groups which ties closely through the shares, property, capital, technology and other economic etc. From horizontal dimension, the breadth of the paper can be extended to the border of the various integrating activities of M&A that Chinese domestic and overseas Logistic enterprises or Groups are engaged in. From vertical dimension, the depth of paper can be extended to lower and upper about supply chain of logistic services, including various integrating activities of M&A that nodal enterprises and related supporting service enterprises are engaged in Logistic service supply chain.Ⅰ.
