Manufacturing is one of the pillar of economic in nation's development, countries all over the world's economic competition depends largely on the manufacturing technology level. Therefore, from low carbon economy research manufacturing enterprise core competitiveness issue is not only conform to the requirements of the development of global economy, but also relates to form the competitive advantage of China's manufacturing enterprise in the world and raise the competitiveness of China's national economy.The paper based on Chinese manufacturing enterprise as the research object, a low carbon economy as the research angle, manufacturing enterprise core competitive ability cultivation and promoted as research emphasis, analyzed the influence of Chinese manufacturing enterprises core competitiveness factors under a low carbon economy, and establish a low carbon economy manufacturing enterprise core competitive ability comprehensive evaluation model, and basis on that, constructed Chinese manufacturing enterprise core competitive power training mechanism, and puts forward relevant measures.First of all, the paper analysis manufacturing enterprise core competitiveness of background and the current situation on low carbon economy, then discussed the related basic theory. Clearly put a low carbon economy and the connotation of manufacturing enterprise core competitive power, analyzes low carbon economy and manufacturing enterprise core competitive coupling relationship, based on the above theory analysis, finally constructed low carbon economy and manufacturing enterprise's core competitiveness related indexes system, and complete a empirical analysis, concluded that the connection is strong.Secondly, based on the relevant literature, the paper analyzes the factors that may influence the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises from the low carbon economy research perspective. And identifies the core competitiveness elements of the manufacturing enterprises and proposes the index system of the core competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing enterprises under the low carbon economy condition.Thirdly, according to the results of factor analysis, the paper constructed the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises under the low carbon economy, identifies the construction principles, selects the basis and determines four primary evaluation indexes, eleven secondary evaluation indexes and twenty-five tertiary evaluation indexes. Also, it determines the weight of each index by using the factor analysis method, and on this basis, it constructs the improved TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model based on set pair connection degree. Besides, it conducts an empirical study on the selected ten typical manufacturing enterprises in China and verifies the validity of the model.Fourthly, through comprehensive evaluation, the paper regards the further cultivating the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises as the focal point, and establishes the cultivation mechanisms of core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises from the business perspective under the low carbon economy, including dynamic mechanism, learning mechanism and constraint mechanism, Analyzes the dynamic mechanism, learning mechanism and restriction mechanism function mechanism, and analyzes its operation rule.Finally, the paper puts forward the upgrade of Chinese manufacturing enterprise core competitive ability's corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions under the low carbon economy. The paper proposed the countermeasures respectively from three planes of the country, industry and enterprise. First, a government should support to the constructing of the perfect legal system, the build of finance-taxation policies supporting platform and the optimize of a low carbon economy development environment; Second, on industrial level should make scientific industry development planning, promulgates industrial policy, identify key support areas and establishing scientific and industrial management system; Third, manufacturing enterprise should put forward the countermeasures of upgrading the core competitiveness in five aspects,including identify key capacity development and product, increasing investment in science and technology, emphasis on human capital investment, adjust enterprise strategic and marketing mode.
